        Overall

        I write about the Audi department.



        It is true that they need all day to do an oil change. But worse: when you come to pick it up (at the time they said it would be ready), they haven't even started!



        The salesman's interest is only which car on the lot you want. They know little about the cars and do not respond to follow-up questions.
