Black Pine Spas

UPDATED REVIEW. After leaving a less than stellar review regarding the Black Pine service department, I received an immediate response from the owner, Rob Kaplan. He was concerned about my issues and pledged to get to the bottom of the problem. Rob was as good as his word, and after looking into it more carefully, he immediately sent out a technician with instructions to basically do whatever it took to resolve my problems. After two hours of effort, not only were my problems solved, but I had a better ozonator installation than I started with! This is one time I am very happy to have been wrong about a business. Black Pine really does care about their customers, and they stand behind their work.

I always shop around, and I do a lot of research on the internet. Lastly, I visited a few different stores, that sold the brands I wanted to look at. Easily, Black Pine had the best product. And the pricing - you will NOT be disappointed. If you're shopping for a spa or a hot tub, check them out.

We shopped around. A lot. We saw everything, and heard every sales pitch. The spa we bought @ Black Pine has been a dream. I can tell you after doing all this homework, that we easily got the best value and the best product. I've had to call the customer service department twice for two different issues/questions, and they were so helpful... haven't needed a technician since it never breaksdown, but I'm sure they'd be great, too. DEFINITELY check them out, if you're shopping for a hot tub.
