I was very happy with my salesperson, Bonnie. When I first arrived, she was trying to help another customer simultaneously, and I had to spend some time waiting for her. Once she was freed up to help just me, she was very helpful. I especially liked that she did not pressure me at all.

I was able to deal with Steve Leonardo in a adult manner about purchasing a new truck. Because of the Holidays, there was a factory option to be installed after the holidays. Steve kept his word and it's a done deal. Not much more I could ask for.

I recently purchased a Subaru Forrester, our 2nd Subaru (Outback before). Our salesman, Fred Morgante, was wonderful through the entire process up to and after the purchase, and honestly, we have seldom had great car salesman like him! Fred was thorough and made every effort to get the Subaru model we wanted. He followed up frequently to ensure that we had after-purchase items installed and that we were satisfied with the service work. The service and repair teams were equally as helpful and courteous and we have absolutely no complaints. Five stars all the way!
