I purchased a 2017 Honda Civic Touring Sedan, sight unseen, via Ebay Motors from IdealAutoUSA. It was actually a Mass. salvage vehicle from some rain event with only 350 miles at the time. The purchase price was an absolute steal and I am loving the car. Not a thing wrong with it! I dealt exclusively with Mark Golub. Mark is a man a few words, but when he speaks, it is always clear, honest, and factual. The communications and the entire transaction including shipping arrangements from NJ to OK were stellar. In summary, my experience with IdealAuto USA and Mark Golub could not have been improved upon. Can't go wrong with Mark and Ideal!!

Ripoffs. William is a POS. Sold me a lemon. Car needs a transmission in less than two month. Was told when I purchase the car it had a 3 month warranty only to get the run around in the end. Then William finally stop passing the buck and simple told me I got jerked. Beware. This car was a 2012 with 59k on it and the tranny went. These guys are ripoff artist!!!!!
SELLERS BEWARE (and probably buyers for that matter)!! The General Management Group (in particular Jason) are less than reputable. They will offer you a high figure to get you in to see your car, and even negotiate in good faith close to that figure with the Sales person (William). It's only once you bring the car in to actually finalize the deal that the General Manager does a complete 180 degree switch and comes up with a laundry list of excuses as to why the vehicle is not actually worth what they offered originally. This is after they drove the car, as well as had a technician put it up on a lift and check it out. If they act this way in the Buying process, I'd be very very cautious as to how they also handle the Selling process!
