i just bought a used 2014 bmw x5 at this dealership a month ago at a great price nobody can beat, saved a lot of dollars and once i say the car, i traded my 2011 bmw x5 . the whole deal made me very happy and satisfied. i was amazed at the friendliness and patience of all the staff, esp the finance manager sabina and romeo the sales man and the whole process was completed on time and i drove home my new bmw x5 with all the options i need.they really made my christmas vacation a real joy. they thoroughly gave me all the detailed information about the purchase including the warranties etc. they also called me to follow up on the car asking me all kinds questions about my experience at the dealership. there is no other no. higher than 10 to describe my experience with them,I am highly recommending this great dealership looking for new or used vehicle.

Asked United BMW to install a suspension upgrade kit on a new 2011 BMW. United BMW only installed half of the parts. The parts they did install were installed incorrectly. They rounded-off a few bolts. A four wheel alignment performed as part of the installation was massively hosed up. United BMW said that they sold me a different suspension that did only contain half of the parts, but cost the same amount of money. This is called bait-&-switch, a type of fraud common to low-rent dealerships. United BMW demanded another $1,500 to complete the suspension upgrade with all the required parts. United BMW insisted the four wheel alignment was done correctly even though toe-out was massively out of spec on all four wheels, and there was a .5 degree difference in camber between the two rear wheels.
