I had a bridal shower yesterday, I was very displeased that I made reservation for 80 people, only 66 people show up. I knew I was still responsible for 80, but I was charged for 92 people. Very dishonest, and any chance to rip you off. I will never recommend it and never ever go back. Worse feeling.
This young guy working at the restaurant ( works behind the register, seats customers) can get some lessons on manners. Though he treats "regular" customers well (as we see him talking & laughing with some) but misses his responsibilities to other customers..There was this one day( if he reads this, pretty sure he would remember it),me & my daughter were eating breakfast. It was a little busy & crowded. We're seating in a half booth. I was talking to my daughter when all of a sudden,he just hastily took the chair right beside me without saying a word! I mean,I do understand you need chairs to seat some customers on next table, but I did take offense that he didn't care enough to say - Excuse me, may I take this chair? The people( or at least the man) who he gave the chair to even asked- You just took that, Are you sure they don't need the chair? & I overheard him say - Nah, they don't need that, there's only 2 of them. I was thinking to myself, Of course we don't need an extra chair, of course I would let them have it! Or Is it bec of how we look that we don't need that respect ??? doesn't he at least have the decency to give us a word that he's taking the chair??? I told our server that day that I did not like what he just did. She was so nice & apologetic, she gave us discount which I declined at first but she insisted. Then, I overheard his conversation with our server, when she told him about my disgust- "What? they're mad because I took the chair?". I guess, he just does not get it! This happened a few months ago. Now,my daughter (16 yrs old) would not come to eat if I mention Red Olive. We felt very disrespected!!! few weeks ago, I was able to convince my daughter to come eat with me at Red Olive- if and only if this guy is not around! True enough he wasn't there & so we ate & to our disgust we saw him coming in but at least that was during our last bites, that we hurried out the door! But my daughter vowed not go back there anymore!!! & that is very, very SAD!!!
First of all let me start by saying that this is going to be the first review i have posted online up to this point. The situation is so bad that i could not resist not to leave a review and felt obligated to make others aware. This weekend I ordered the "Tanoor Fish" from the Sheeba Restaurant in Dearborn (i should also add that this is one of their most expensive dishes and takes longer to prepare compared to some of their other dishes).Anyhow, as i started eating the food, halfway through i noticed a strange looking bug on one end of the fish, and when looked more closely also noticed another half body of a second bug in there, i almost wanted to throw up. I Immediately stopped eating and took the food to the manager, and thats when i encountered the most unprofessional behaviour i have ever seen from a restaurant manager. He looked at the food and the bugs and not only he did not apologize but he also denied the whole thing and started to give me attitude and told me "you can do whatever you want". Its really a total shame for restaurants like this to keep operating with that kind of service.
This place was a dirty, and i love middle eastern food but i didn't have a good experience here. I was in dearborn and stopped by but wasnt happy. the service staff was friendly but thats about it
Wide choice of varities and very good taste. Its different from the usual lebanese food. Good service as well. Its a bit pricey but its worth for the food that we get. I liked it !
We drive from New Baltimore to eat here! Fantastic food, good service. Worth the drive!
Excellent dining experience! They offer wonderful Mediterranean as well as American dishes in a warm and very pleasant atmosphere. The servers are friendly and attentive. I have been there dozens of times and have never had less than an outstanding meal. Also, I enjoy the sweet music played over the PA system which enhances the nice atmosphere.....
Horrible, storebought old tasting, and a musty smell in the restaurant. Not to mention waitstaff was rude.
I swear they have the worst food. Food was really old and cold. Waste of time and money
This place never sends me away unsatisfied for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Generous portions, as said you get what you pay for! Owner is always happy to see you happy, and servers are always a treat (especially Pam, Aubrey and Dora!) Thanks for the consistent quality!
