We have been serving DeSoto for over 25 years. The salon is staffed by highly qualified women, with over 60 years of combined experience. Each of the girls are required to continue their education through beauty shows and seminars to ensure they always have the most up-to-date education and knowledge of current trends.

- I was still in high school when I started beauty school, I knew when I was eight years old that I had wanted to do hair. I got my first job at 17, working as a stylist at Society Curl. I worked there for 11 years and decided to open my own salon. I’m a beach boys fan, that’s how I picked the name of my salon, Catch A Wave and your sitting on top of the world. I can’t say that I’m sitting on top of the world, but I’m happy to go to the salon every day and work, even after 37 years of doing hair. It’s my passion. Thanks Donna Johner.

Donna and team are great! They remain current with all the latest techniques and products. I''ve been a client for 20 years and will keep going back for great styles and great prices. The other stylists are always happy to help. Everyone's hair always looks great when we're done! Try them for weddings and special occasions too and you won't be disappointed!

I have been getting my hair cut at Catch a Wave by Donna and her team of awesome girls for over 5 years now. It is more than your standard chain salon, the atmosphere is incredible, you are known by name, the team is upbeat and fun. If you want a good quality hair cut, this is the place for you!
Donna and staff do a perfect job everytime. Fast, friendly, and professional. The best place and all around atmosphere for anyone to get exactly what their looking for in a haircut and more. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!
