City Wide Insulation Of Gb

This is by far the worst, and I mean the absolute worst, experience I have ever had with a contractor!! They came in on November 19th, 2015 to insulate my shed and re-insulate my house. They did the shed first and then moved on to the house. My wife was home and sent me a text that they broke one of the can lights in the kitchen. it was hanging down and dropping insulation on the counter. The guy on site said he'd have someone come out and fix it. I got home that night and went to install the attic door in the shed and looked up in the attic to find several bare spots - yes bare spots, no insulation at all!! I took photos and sent them to the salesman. He said he'd check into it. After several e-mails back and forth, finally had a date for them to come out on 12-10-15 and fix their mistake. After trying to get a time they would be there for hours, I was finally told it would be sometime in the afternoon. I got a call at 11:30 that they were there and wanted to know how to get in. I said my wife and I were both at least 1/2 hour away. He said they will have to come back. As of December 30th, 2015 I still have insulation falling on my counter and bare spots in my shed attic. Negative 5 stars was not an option or that would be the rating!!
