I didn't bring my dog here, I live across the road and want to warn any dog owners who care about their dogs- DON'T BRING THEM HERE. When the dogs are outside, it isn't uncommon for 20-30 dogs to be crammed into the same runner because the employees are too lazy to use the other ones. The result is a bunch of dogs that are clearly highly stressed and stepping on top of each other. To make things worse, the stupid employees walk around screaming at the dogs and blowing an air horn in their ears- which inevitably makes the dogs more stressed. (If any of employees read this DOGS HAVE GREAT HEARING) You never see the employees giving the dogs any love or positive attention. If you care about your dog at all, bring him/her somewhere else. I wouldn't trust those fools to watch my gold fish.
I would recommend Dr. Belue, he came to our home on a Saturday, he took great care of our dog and provided great information for us. Our dog has a very serous skin allergy, Dr. Belue came prepared to help his skin Reaction and provided additional flea support. It's not easy taking out large breed dog to the vet, having a mobile pet clinic quickly arrive at our home was huge for our family. Dr. Belue was very kind and professional and really helped us. He also let us know he has an office where u can schedule an appointment without a waiting area, perfect for our dog. Thank you Dr. Belue!
I love this vet. They really care about my dogs. I brought in a stray cat that had been hanging around my house, and they gave her medicine for very cheap and didn't charge me for the visit. They are wonderful!!!
Worst experiance at a groomers I have ever had. First of all the shop was filthy. HAIR everywhere! I know its a grooming shop but I honestly have not seen such a filthy one. I asked them to just trim up her face keeping a teddy bear shape. The traditional Yorkie cut. I specifically asked them to keep her floppy ears, eyebrows and lashes with a rounded face. Needless to say....I was so heart broken when I picked up our 6month old puppy. She looks awful. Called for a refund the next day and the Manager told me no because Im probably one of those people who try to get free hair cuts at all the salons in town! WTF!? Her name was Deb and she was extremely rude to me. I never raised my voice or was rude to her. I simply told her how unhappy I was. She then saidnokay I will do it and hung up! Well she called back 5 minutes later and said she looked at her picture that the groomer took and she said it was cute and didnt see anythig wrong with it. Needless to say after a very rude conversation she finally gave me my money back. DONT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE! We have had yorkies all of our life and are very familiar with how grooming works.
I never recommend this place a call to get a second opinion iwhen the vet finally seen my dog all she cared about was removing her teeth I wanted a second opinion on her eye she couldn't open she told me you need to be removed quoted me $1200 just to remove her eye and another 900 I told him I did not have the $1200 could they please give her pain medication they acted like they wasn't going to told me to apply for a credit card I told them to pleases just give her the pain medication after Waiting 20 mins they finally gave me meds for her then I was ? Why was there a dead flea on her I said because I use frontline! Wtf? I got in my car drove my dog to West Alex Seen A vet out there twin Valley animal clinic he stitched her eye shut and it healed it!! They never once offered me this option glad I called another vet if not I would have my dogs I removed it what do you need removed!
In August we had to go to Ohio for my fathers funeral and we couldn't place my two dogs in there usual resort in Orlando on short notice, so we took them with us. We found a hotel that excepted dogs, but it was aweful and I didn't want my babies staying there. So my sister recommended Petsuites. Well, we couldn't believe it. It was just perfect. It was unbelievably clean. Everybody was so nice. My dogs were not eating. Probably due to their first long car ride ever. So I dropped by with some can food. And the called me to tell me that they ate and #2. They didn't have to do that. I was so thankful to have found them especially since my mind was on my family during this time.
I took my GS here and they were impressive. I read all the reviews and was apprehensive. I decided to give them a chance. The grooming department is great. The rest of the facility departments I can't comment on......haven't used those other departments.
I had a very very sick kitty and called probably 15 vets in the last week. Twin Maples went above and beyond. Not only did they make me feel comfortable, they were extremely accommodating where as most of the other vets offices were not. My cat is currently in surgery and her appointment was today. Fast, friendly, just wonderful. I definitely recommend!
VERY knowledgeable about fish. With their help and advice I have cycled my aquarium properly and treated several diseases successfully. Not much of a small animal section. Prices are generally slightly more expensive than petsmart. As far as their small furry animals; I recommend checking at local shelters or on petfinder.com first. Way cheaper. (Generally $10 for a guinea pig, $20 for a rabbit, etc.)
