Dr. Tim received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Michigan in 1996 and his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Midwestern University- Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2002. He completed a three-year family practice residency and a one year sports medicine fellowship through Michigan State University. He began working as a family practice physician in Demotte, IN with Franciscan Alliance in 2006. In 2011, Dr. Tim became the Founder and CEO of his private practice, Indiana Sports & Medical Science Institute, PC, now commonly known as Mullally Sports and Family Medicine. Dr. Tim is very involved with the Crown Point community. He is the team physician at Crown Point High School and can often be seen on the sidelines at all the home football games. Once a week, Dr. Tim goes to Crown Point High School to diagnose and treat student athletes. Dr. Tim also coordinates a yearly sports physical night at Crown Point High School. Dr. Tim is currently the physician at the Lake County Juvenile Detention Center. Once a week, Dr. Tim commits his time to evaluate and treat the teens who currently reside there. Dr. Tim also serves as the Medical Director for Sunrise Home Healthcare. Outside of office hours and rounding at the hospital, Dr. Tim can be found coaching and attending the various extracurricular events his children are involved in. Dr. Tim was born and raised near Flint, Michigan and is the youngest of 10 children. He is an avid Michigan Wolverines and Detroit Tigers fan. He and Dr. Lisa were married in 2001 and have been blessed with four children- JJ, James, Saiorse, and Joseph.
