Climate Controlled Systems

I called and gave all of my information, details of my problem and was told a rep would call me back. When the rep called he assured me someone would be out by Friday. When I hadn't heard anything by Friday, I called to check in and was completely blown off by the manager. These people didn't even have the decency to tell me the first time I called that they weren't taking new customers and wouldn't even service my type of building. When I called, the manager tried to make out like it was my fault and was a complete jerk.
