Long Island Auto Find

Walk in Long Island Auto Find with the expectation of not getting the vehicle that I really wanted and being lead into a vehicle that they might just want to push me into but I was so wrong. I showed the salesman Daniel the vehicle I was interested in and he gave me two other choices and I was so surprised that I got threw with my first choice and also a much lower interest rate that I was paying from the vehicle that I was about to trade in.

while leery of car dealerships in general, autofind was a refreshing surprise to the usual used car dealership experience. our salesman, Dan, was awesome and patient and truly genuine. I had been looking at the car dealer advertisements online and noticed that autofind had the best deals. Visited the lot and was impressed with the selection. The salesman, assistant manager and staff were so helpful. I love my car. Happy with the service and price. I highly recommend this car dealer. Something for everyone.

Personally, I had a great experience the day I stepped onto the lot of Long Island Auto Find. I had seen a used Range Rover that LIAF was advertising...it looked good and like it would meet all of my needs, and (best of all), it was listed cheaper than a lot of other places I had previously checked out. When I got to the lot, there was none of the price inflation or impatient salespeople that you normally encounter at a dealer. I was allowed to test drive the Rover to my heart's content, was presented with its Carfax, and my every question was answered to my satisfaction. Needless to say, Long Island Auto Find got a sale that day, and when my wife's car goes (with the noises it's making, it shouldn't be long), we plan on returning. Daniel and the customer service representative were so helpful. They were very clear on what options i had to make my payments and I really liked that they had the patience to explain to me detail by detail, it is my first time financing and I was nervous. I felt comfortable and non-pressured at all. I walked in and went right out with my new Nissan Sentra 2013. the car is beautiful and everything was included for me registration, everything all i had to do was pick up the car and wala. I'm so happy with this deal, its my first car and I really wanted to have a great experience where I didn't feel that I was being taken advantage of. Definitely recommend, customer friendly, very informative and helpful.

In went with my Nissan Altima thinking I couldn't have gotten a better car, and left with a 2014 Chrysler 200. In love with my new car, thanks Auto Find!

I bought a car there 2 years ago (great experience) and went again to buy my son a car for himself and he loves it so far. LI AutoFIND was my first stop. I am beyond ecstatic it was ! I went with the intentions of getting a used cheap car and came out with a 2012 car that was practically new. There customer service was excellent. For a first time buyer this was the best decision Ive made ! Steven was the salesman that helped me and He was very personable and helpful. We told him what was within our budget and he was able to show us plenty of options. We went with the Honda Accord LX and I am in love with my car! Plenty of Family members who have gotten their cars from AutoFIND and I am a happy customer. I would recommend my friends to visit this dealer!!!

My experience at Auto Find was great. The salesman that helped me and He was very personable and helpful. Good Job guys, Love my new car, my sales rep was Joe and he was very helpful, the car that i bought was a 2012 Honda Accord and this purchase was definitely the best choice I could have made. They respected our budget and were very patient and accommodating while we made our choice. I am beyond happy with my purchase and highly recommend for future buyers, They're great at making your current dream car come true regardless of any issues !! My husband and I bought our first car here at li auto find. The sales person called John was VERY patient with us but also very helpful in giving us advice about what would suit us best. We wanted a grand cherokee but we were new and our credit score not good, and we didn't think we'd get to take out the jeep, but boy, were we wrong. They somehow waved their magic wand and got us a great loan!! They helped us with the insurance and the dmv process they do it all you have to do is sign. Im in love with my car (Jeep)! LOVE LOVE LOVE!

As I arrived I was immediately greeted by my salesman Steve. He was very professional and friendly due to having extensive knowledge about the inventory of all the vehicles. Due to being a first time buyer I was unsure of a specific make or model I wanted, yet Steve was very patient and helpful through the process of selecting a vehicle. He helped me choose five of the vehicles i was interested in and narrowing it down to the vehicle i would be taking home. As I went inside the "office" to complete my paper work, Steve introduced me to the person in which made sure i got a good loan from a bank. He was also very helpful and took his time explaining to me the importance of making this decision of buying a vehicle, He spoke to me as a friend rather than a salesman. The professionalism and helpfulness of these two individuals made my experience extremely outstanding. Even though buying a car can be a exhausting and time consuming process, I am thankful for Steve who made sure to keep me updated throughout the entire wait time in which my car was being inspected and prepped for release.

My Experience was a pleasant one. I had a sales associate who was determined to finalized a deal, he stuck with me even when the hours had passed while I remain undecided. During my four hours going from car to car Fernando remained calm, patient and unruffled. Finally when I decided on a vehicle, the process was seamless, hassle-free, and I was able to drive home my new vehicle that same day. I was also given the option of returning the vehicle should there be any issue. I Like this. Overall, the quality of service was excellent, I give Fernando the compliment of being a great salesperson, and I will definitely recommend anyone to Autofind of Copiague.

I purchased at 2013 Nissan Altima my experience was great.The salesman was very professional,knowledgeable.He took the time to explain the car and the process that went along with it.He took the fear out of buying a car. The Finance Manager was extremely helpful took the time to explain everything, and answer all the questions I had. Everyone I came in contact with that was an employee of the dealership was very pleasant and helpful.

Fantastic shopping experience. Huge selection of cars, helpful, informative, and knowledgeable staff, and great financial support. Didn't feel like a customer, I felt like a friend. Dealer was upfront about everything and went out of their way to get me a loan and an affordable payment plan. Carfax was on-hand, and car prep was absolute and professional. had a positive experience here.had a bit of a clunker for a trade in but these guys gave me an OK price for it. About what other places quoted, maybe a few bucks more, which I appreciated. to put my trade in towards a newer car in the lot that I've been dying for some time, overall, the car was in good mechanical condition, although the interior could have been a bit more clean. I mention this to the sales guy, and he promised if I bought it that he would have the whole thing detailed, which he did, but I wish they paid a little more attention to the interior, as that was my main problem.otherwise things are pretty smooth, their financial department help me get a pretty good loan, which I thought was pretty impressive considering the fact that my credit is in the toilet.several other dealers I've been to turn me down because of my credit rating, so this lot won my business by default thanks to their financial department. I guess it was kind of a bonus that the price for my car was decent, but they gave me a good trade in deal, and that so far, the car I bought there is still running and running well. thumbs up.

Superior dealer, honest and extremely forthcoming with all the info I ever wanted on my new 2008 Volvo C70 T5 that I drove off their lot earlier today. The car was in mint condition with low milage and not a mark on it. I have a fair (not great) credit rating and I thought that might be a problem in securing a loan, but my salesguy at Auto Find did a great job of hooking me up with a loan in less time that it takes me to type about it. Superb car prep as well, the Volvo was spotless and shiny and read to go exactly when they said it would be. There were no games about the pricing, either...no one tried to slip in a fast one by me. The price I was quoted is exactly what I paid, and that made me a happy camper. Give these guys a shot, you will totally dig them and their professionalism!

Super experience in a market where jerks and deceitful bums are the norm. These guys are located on Montauk Highway on Copiague, an area with plenty of car dealerships to choose from. They stood out to me and my wife from the seemingly dozens of other lots we visited in the weeks while we were searching up and down for a new (or, rather, used...or new to us, anyway) car. Everyone seemed to be rude, a crook, or just plain shady. This place was none of those things. The salesman, James, was very laid back and relaxed...he instantly put us at ease. He was very helpful but not overbearing, and seemed to know the exact history of every car we expressed interest in. When we narrowed it down to a few contenders, he provided the CarFax reports for all of them without even being asked (a major plus...shows they have nothing to hide), and let us test drive to our heart's content. We finally made a deal and the finance department was a dream come true for a couple just starting out on their own and saddled with a great deal of debt. They got us a great loan package and before we knew it, we had a great new car that didn't break that bank. James is the best and both my wife and I urge you to try Auto Find of Copiague, the very best used car dealership on Long Island, bar none!!
