FRAUD sold me car with a severely cracked tire rim and tried to hide it with silver paper mache. It was discovered after I drove it over the Verrazano Bridge. I have owned this car under 3 weeks and have had nothing but problems with it. Yesterday I picked up my car after he had it for 3 days and he still failed to fix the corroded battery cable which they stuck a screw in. He claims he finally fixed the wiring and the sensor problem but refuses to give me paperwork supporting his statements. This man cannot be trusted. I asked him to refund me for the rental car and the other costs I have occurred because of him not doing what he was supposed to do before I picked up the car upon purchase. He states he is not obligated and that a cracked tire rim is not part of the safety inspection. Submitting my claim to the State Attorney General's office will let them decide. He is lucky the severely fractured tire rim did not completely fold when I was driving it on the highway which could have hurt someone or worse kill somebody.
