A couple of days ago I had a nice young lady knock on my door, she told me that she was with Yael Productions, and that she was in the area doings presentations for the Kirby company. I agreed to view a small demonstration on their product. I was very impressed how professional she was. I made the decision to purchase one of their machines, she made sure that I knew how to use everything and went over the warranty with me. The manager left a business card with me any told me if I had any problems to give them a call. So far I like my new Kirby, and love the amount of customer service that I was provided during my demonstration.

I had an appointment with this company a few days ago and was very impressed! This was our first time to see the machine and it was even better than my friend who had bought one told me about. The gentleman who did the presentation was very professional and sweet and it was just a great overall experience. I would recommend this machine as well as the company to all of my friends.

I love this company! I am new but it's great ! I am going on my first vacation with them and have only been with them for 5 months .

I have been with this company for 3 years and really love it. When I first came in for the interview they explained I would be doing presentations for the kirby and asked if I was a people person which I am. I have never been in sales and that is what I really like about this company, we work as a team. You don't have to be a sales person to do great and make a lot of money. There are people in place to help with the sales so I just show and still make the commissions. I had never made a 1,000 dollars in a week before I started working here. All I can say is if your willing to work hard and learn this company will reward you.

Do not trust these people !!!! I'm stuck with a 2500.00 Depth... I do not recommend this company or product to no one!!!

Well the testimonials are quite interesting - yes I had a man knock on my door last Thursday - I had come home with a virus and wasn't feeling well. My door was opened and I saw this man standing there with a bottle of washing detergent! He ask if I had heard of the Kirby and I slowly said YES and he ask if he could give me some info on the updates - I told him I didn't think so as I came home with virus and by the looks of me HE SHOULD HAVE known I wasn't well, but after being pushy - he made a call and a young sweet girl (Allie) showed up with boxes of Kirby items. OMG OMG OMG - what part of feeling bad did he not hear - stupid me for leaving door open for cat to look out and simply rest! After almost 4 hrs of demonstration it was decided I purchase the Kirby - Yes I will use it and it's a good vacuum however, I FEEL THE MAN IN THE BEGINNING SHOULD HAVE PRESENTED HIMSELF BETTER AND UNDERSTOOD THERE'S ALWAYS ANOTHER TIME AND NOT BE PUSHY. BY END OF NIGHT I HAD TWO FEMALES IN MY HOME, MAKING PHONE CALLS, HAVING ME COMPLETE APPLICATIONS ETC. - not one of my better experiences - sorry! Just so Yael knows, I went to doctor next day AND HAD A CONTAGIOUS BACTERIAL VIRUS - THANK YOU! Shirley Allan (Lake Jackson, TX)
