Troutman's Bar-B-Que

Barbecue plates arrived with cold meat and fries. Told server who said they can't warm it up anymore in steamer. Asked why they could not microwave and she went back to kitchen with the plates. She returned with plates still so cold that it wouldn't even steam. When we told her that it was not warm enough for pork product, she said it wasn't her problem as she hasn't prepared it. This is totally unacceptable and the Health Inspector needs to get this crew on board before they cause another outbreak of salmonella poisoning. We complained repeatedly to the server and cashier who did nothing to remedy the situation. I'll refer it the Health Inspector and not return for a second visit.

I went to troutmans with my family this past weekend. I was a little hesitant because when I had gone in the past my service was not very good. When I got there I saw they had new servers and I was fortunate to get one of those girls. My servers name was amanda and she took care of us very well. A good time to go is the mornings , the girls are very attentive and do their job with pride. However when I went this last time it was at night and I had a great time. I guess it seems to matter who your server is but if your lucky and get a good one your in for a treat! They have more than just bbq and its all amazing food. Not only do they have kids meals but they have senior portions as well, not to mention free tea or coffee for seniors. Overall I had a great expierence and am willing to give troumans a second chance!
