We have so many different mail carriers, one was so rude to me, because my dog barked so he refused to deliver my mail to me (as I stood waiting for it) he marked my package "animal interference" I am going to try and lodge a formal complaint!!!

Gahanna mailing new Albany,oh
If you live in the 43224 zone, for the love of God, DO NOT have packages shipped to your home. Have it shipped to your work, a friends house or family members'. Hell, you have a better chance of getting your package by shipping it to a Frat house on campus. This postal office is the saddest excuse of a shipping facility in existence. I've had 3-4 packages shipped to my home (the last 3 were accidents-forgot to correct the shipping info) and NOT ONE OF THEM HAS EVER MADE IT! As for your mail, I suggest you deal with any important mail/bills online because 43224 is a lost cause. Whether or not we receive our mail is a total crapshoot. We've gotten our neighbors welfare checks, bank statements and I even heard a neighbor received another's HIV test results. These postal workers are either extremely dyslexic or simply don't care about their job. (Certainly the latter) Theres probably a bunch of workers in the post office blindfolded randomly dropping mail in bins. DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING IMPORTANT THROUGH THIS FACILITY!!! You've been warned!
The mail carrier doesnt care where he delivers the mail on Ward Rd or not , We havent had mailed delivered since last Sat. and this is Thur.I know Mon was a holiday but the rest of the week isnt.I went to the post office but didnt seem to do any good, The supervisor said he didnt know why he didnt deliver the mail, Well duh , find out why,
absolutely the worst post office, even fellow mailpersons agree. I would give it no stars but apparently you have to give it at least one star
Also one of the WORST places in the city to have your mail routed through or to try to ship anything out of. Typical wait to pickup or mail a package, at least 30 minutes, i've waited over an hour just to pick up a box that they didnt deliver to my house. Also the woman who runs our mail route is a real B I T C H
They repeatedly lose our mail and just don't deliver it at all. We sent out several invitations, and no one ever received our invitations. We had a tracking number for one of our deliveries coming to us, and we saw USPS delivered it to the wrong address. We'll sometimes have to pick up our mail/deliveries in person because they didn't feel like delivering it. We've made several complaints--but nothing has been resolved.
This location is one of my favorites ,always ,very helpful ,nice and very polite .
When I went in to have the lock changed and key ordered for my apartment mailbox, the postal worker who completed my order was rude to me because I didn't realize the key wouldn't be immediately available. He said, "Don't you know it takes 7-10 days?!" I said, "No. No one told me until right now."Then I had to call the location to figure out how to get the mail I have had forwarded in the meantime. The woman I spoke to basically toldme there's nothing the post office can do to help me locate my mail, that it's unusual for my apartment office to offer to receive my mail until the locks are changed, and that THE POST OFFICE is not responsible for mail that might be lost in transition. Even though that's their job.
