Guardianship
Probate and estate administration also constitute an important part of Mr. Rothschild’s practice. This includes the representation of individual beneficiaries, executors and trustees, as well as representing corporate fiduciaries in the probate and administration of estates and the on-going administration of trusts. Criminal Defense
Upon entering the practice, Mr. Tucker joined the Columbus, Georgia law firm of Martin, Kilpatrick and Davidson where he practiced both civil and criminal law. In 1976 he, and his longtime partners, Ed Sprouse and Chuck Ford, formed the firm of Sprouse, Tucker & Ford, where he continued an active trial practice devoted to civil matters. In 1996, Sprouse, Tucker & Ford merged with the firm of Page, Scrantom to form Page, Scrantom, Sprouse, Tucker & Ford. Wrongful Death
Recent examples of Thomas’ work include first chair defense of eight figure exposure corporate litigation, significant class action defense, high profile excessive force and employment matters filed against the City of Columbus and the Muscogee County Sheriff’s Office, complex product liability cases involving catastrophic injuries and corporate and partnership disputes. Thomas has also maintained his health care litigation expertise by serving as excess exposure counsel for health care providers and by representing physicians before licensing and certification boards. Thomas prides himself on handling cases on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants, particularly in the personal injury arena, where understanding disputes from both perspectives leads to better outcomes for PSSTF clients. Thomas recently obtained a seven figure plaintiffs’ settlement in a wrongful death case. He has also obtained many “zero” verdicts for defense clients.
Misdemeanors
LaRae D. Moore is a former Senior Assistant District Attorney for the Chattahoochee Judicial Circuit, where she was responsible for handling felony criminal prosecutions in Superior Court from trial through appeal and supervising a team of six lawyers. During her thirteen -year tenure as an ADA, LaRae has also worked in the Dougherty (Albany) Judicial Circuit and Tift (Tifton) Judicial Circuit. She has also served as an Assistant Federal Defender for the Middle District of Georgia, handling felony and misdemeanor cases in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia and on appeal in the United States Court of Appeals, 11th Circuit.

Julie has been with the Firm since August 2013, becoming a partner in October 2019. She primarily focuses her practice on labor and employment issues and litigation. In addition to her trial work, Carter assists clients with workplace investigations, affirmative action plans and compliance audits. She has extensive experience drafting employment agreements, restrictive covenants, personnel policies, employment and separation agreements. Carter has successfully guided clients through the COVID-19 pandemic federal and state regulations, as well as the investigative processes of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the Federal and State Departments of Labor (DOL), the Office of Federal Contractor Compliance (OFCCP) and the Office of Civil Rights.
Employment Litigation
Prior to joining the District Attorney’s office she spent 4 years in private practice with the law firm of Joseph Wiley, Jr. in Columbus, handling plaintiff’s personal injury litigation, employment litigation and domestic relations cases. LaRae has handled more than 50 jury trials in State, Superior and Federal Courts and has handled numerous appeals. She specializes in serious violent felony cases.

Linda Nguyen is a partner of the firm and devotes her practice in real estate matters.
