Overall I have had great service with Angus. I use them every year for 3 of my brother machines. The only complaint I have is that they are not completely organized. This month I dropped of my Innovis 2800D for its yearly maintenance and when we picked it up my machine cord was missing and he gave me someone else's cord. Unfortunately the cord he gave me was not in as good as condition as the one I had sent with my machine. It did not even have the plastic on it so when you fold the cord you can secure it with the plastic. I am also curious what the customer he took the cord from to give me will end up with??
