Don't waste your time or money. I went in for a pedicure and gel manicure. The woman doing my nails was very rude. .My feet are very rough, and my heels are toes are all scratched up. During my manicure, she cut my finger, but was apologetic and tried to make it stop bleeding. However, less than 6 hours after my manicure, I noticed some of the gel was chipping and lifting up on a few fingers. NEVER going back!

This place is awful. Do not waste your time or money. The staff is rude and moody, it takes at least 2 1/2 hours for a mani/pedi. My nails chipped after 4 days (with gel polish) Do yourself a favor and go to another salon in Columbia! So disappointing.
The technician was not fully trained which would have been okay if I had known before and perhaps been offered a discount. Another person was teaching him how to do my pedicure as it was happening and he skipped steps that were included in the brochure. Did not use gloves or proper sterilized utensils. Please save yourself the trip and disappointment.
I went there today and terrible customer service. I went for eyebrow wax and they literally ripped my skin off. I also spoke a word in different language he got mad while he was spekanibg his own language the whole time there in front of us. NEVER GO THERE.
Today I went over to the Village Nail Bar. Their website states that they open at 9:30 am, so I waited. The same information is also listed on the front door as well, that they open at 9:30 Mon-Fri. 9:35, came and went along with 9:40 and 9:45. I then decided to leave, after calling and getting no answer. I later called at 10:30 am after waiting for the phone to ring numerous times I was about to hang up, then someone answered the phone. When I asked what time they open she replied now. I informed the woman that I came at 9:30 AND NO ONE WAS THERE. I also started to her that if they are going to change their times, then it needs to be noted on their website and store front. YOU JUST LOST A CUSTOMER. Why is it so hard to find a good nail place in this area?
We moved to this neighborhood for couple months. I went to couple Nail Salons in Chicago but I found this one is the best of all. Everyone is friendly, neat, clean, and I am very happy my nails. My No Chip last 3 weeks and still beautiful.
Don't waste your time. My pedicure was awful. I literally left after my manicure with not one application of cuticle oil. The place was almost empty. I know why.
Fantastic service! I absolutely hate getting pedicures; I would even consider it a form of torture, but they listened to me when I told them how super sensitive my feet were and did exactly as I asked. All in all, I will definitely return!
Normally I get a great gel manicure but this time I do have to say that I'm very disappointed with this manicure. I went in to Jenny on Friday, 4.17 and by Saturday my right thumb polish came off. Went in on Saturday to have it repaired. Jenny took off the gel nail polish and replaced it. Then on Sunday the second finger gel came off, now today the middle finger gel is now starting to come off. I really don't think I should have to go back for repairs especially for the price I paid.
I was really hoping for a great experience, but soon after I entered in hindsite, I should have left. While pointing out nail color choices the employees erupted into laughter. You know when you're being talked about even when you don't understand the language being spoken. I'm not sure if it was my glasses, not being able to find the bin with nail color choices or me being dressed down. The nail technician was rough. It was an unpleasant experience. I won't go back and still wish I had left when the employees started carrying on. Unprofessional environment.
