        This office lacks professionalism. You have to wait and wait and wait some more. To complete an appointment there it usually takes more than 2 hours and that's is not because you are speaking to a doctor it's because you are waiting to be seen. I went in for birth control and it took more than an hour and a half for the doctor to come into the room. Very disappointing

        Office staff is rude and very unprofessional. Women seek Women based associates because some of us don't feel comfortable speaking about our personal health issues by a non-medical staff member. I'm sure the MDs are great, but can't get past the rude office clerks.
