Risher Van Horn

I ordered flowers for my fathers funeral that was being held on a Monday. When I first saw them, many of the stems were limp. By Tuesday, all of the flowers were brown and looked terrible. For an arrangement that costs $160, I would expect a higher quality of flowers. We also ordered a wreath. The wreath was $100. I could have stopped at Home Depot and got the same wreath for $15 and added some carnations. For the flowers, I would give 1 star, I gave 2 because the arrangement itself was pretty and the staff is very kind.

I have used Risher Van Horn for years and have always had an excellent experience! They give you personal attention, are creative with their designs and are extremely patient and generous with their answers and advice!! If you want a florist to call your "own" they are the one for you. They have done everything for me from holiday flowers/arrangements, everyday wreaths and plants, special designs for special occasions and are now doing my wedding next Friday. I am in the best possible hands and can't wait to show off their creations! I have never been less than thrilled with their services or their designs however, they tell me (with every single sale) that if I am less than satisfied they will make it right...to this day I have NEVER had to make that call!
