This place is , by far, the best restaurant in Cleveland! My friends and I frequent this place often. Everything is FRESH! Seafood this good would be 5 times the price in a big city! Gluten Free menu available too.
As owner of Catch, based on your review, it is likely that you called the wrong number. We don't have a fax, and we gladly take reservations. However, we filled up for Valentines three days prior. I'm not sure with whom you spoke, but I apologize that you had such an unprofessional experience. The hundreds of other patrons that we served that night certainly enjoyed themselves with no wait. In any event, please call me directly at 423-790-1235. I donot believe this is the forum to air a legitimate complaint without having first given management the opportunity to remedy the situation.
