Can't rate the expertise because I never got waiting on. Never greeted. Never spoken to for 10 mins

I have never had such a bad experience with a nail salon. I got a full set of acrylics, with gel polish. The lady who did my nails did not even prep my nails before gluing on the extensions. The whole process was very unprofessional. Now, one week after getting my nails done, one of my nails has completely broken off. Two of the nails look like they will fall off at any moment because there is a space in between my real nail, and the fake one. They all look very sloppy, and oddly shaped as well. Every time I have had my nails done, they have lasted until I get a fill in (around three weeks), these lasted only a week. I have not done anything that would have caused them to come off. I am very disappointed, and will not be going back.

been here for both manicures w/gel and pedicures and they are fantastic, love the atmosphere! Very relaxing and always a great look when I leave. #l in my book!

They don't care what you tell them to do. Their filing of the nail is a lick and a promise. They don't get the cuticle. They need to clean the black carpet where they keep the nail color. They need to speak English only in front of the client. This is not only zen, it is all Vietnamese nail salons.

The woman that ended up doing my nails kept trying to talk me out of getting a full set and finally she did and she said the gel nail Polish with my real nails would look just the same and it hasn't even been a week and my nails don't look half as great as if I would have gotten a full set then the gel nail Polish

DO NOT GET YOUR EYEBROWS DONE HERE!!!! They will butcher your brows, took nearly all of mine off and wanted to blame it on my previous waxer when i knew what I looked like when i went in there. They suck at their job and should go out of business

I will never go hear again! First I get there and there is only one other customer well the man proceeds to fill in my nails then send a me to the chair for my pedicure he says he's going to work on my nails while I'm getting my pedicure. I not told him I would like to relax. Well he stops for about 5 mins another customer comes in and he proceeds to say that he has to finish my nails now. Long story shortiI could not relax at all. Then my nails were only shaped never filled from the file in. It cost 95 bucks BC I get gel polish. I was looking at them and there complete bumpy from not being filled so today I go in tell him I have plans tonight and would like to just get designs over the polish so you can't tell so much BC I did not have time to redo my full set well basically he said he was busy and I could come back! So I was made to be uncomfortable and get a rushed threw nail job but BC a customer came in but now that I need my nails fixed he doesn't have time BC they have costumers??? It takes 5 mins to do a design!! I will never ever come here again and I will make sure that I pass my story to as many people as I can. Worst service ever!!! I will leave my review at as many places that I can BC this is unexseptable!! Iv been getting my nails done for 15+ yrs and this is my worst exsperiance yet!!!

All of the reviews on here both negative and positive are true. Your experience depends entirely on who you get. Call ahead for Marcus or Tracy. They're good and they care about your experience there. I walked in once at closing accidentally (I didn't realize they were closing) and Marcus stayed open to do my nails and feet. I've gotten others who were rushed and hurt my fingers and did a horrible job and looked like they'd rather be anyplace on earth then sitting there doing my nails. It's pure luck if you don't call ahead unfortunately. If you find another Asian salon that isn't this way please tell me because this has been my experience everywhere. This is one of the cleanest places I've been though, probably because they just opened.
