I bought my hot tub from Sarah at the Florida State Fair. I was so impressed by how much information and knowledge she had about their spas. I didn't intend to go to the fair and buy a hot tub although buying a hot tub had crossed my mind in the past. When I got there she greeted me and was so polite I stayed and looked at them. Sure enough I ended up purchasing and getting the 650wf model delivered. I am so happy I got it and I really love the fact that they are an American made company and have been in business forever too. So thank you Sarah for being such an asset to Spa Manufacturers. I love my hot tub!

I really enjoyed stopping in their showroom while I was visiting in town. I actually was intersted in a swim spa when I went. I was able to try their model that had water in it and the current was perfect. I maintained a very nice pace which gave me a comfortable workout. I can't wait to get my very own swim spa in my backyard! Great customer service!

I was very nervous about ordering my swim spa sight unseen from another state but I went with my gut and did it. My swim spa shipped out a few days ago. Between the driver, Sarah and my salesperson ( Meg) at Spa Manufacturers, this process was so smooth. My swim spa arrived yesterday and my crane lifted it right off. Its all hooked up and amazing! We stayed in it for hours depsite the weather being in the 50's here. Heat was cranked up to 104 PERFECT! Best of all I saved so much money going with them! Thank you!

I test swam alot of swim spas and wasn't happy with the pressure of the swimming jets. I out-swam the "river current' in just a few small strokes. The purpose of a swim spa is being able to swim in it. I googled around everywhere for swim spa and found swim spa manufacturers in Clearwater Fl. I actually took time to fly down there from NY to try it. I was very impressed with the facility where they make them but even more impressed with the jet current. This was the pressure I needed. So therefore I purchased. Great Buy.

I am very pleased with my swim spa from spa manufacturers! My youngest son is learning how to swim this summer in it. I can't compliment this company and their prodcut enough. I got a really good deal and took advantage of their free shipping. Looking forward to a fun summer with my family!

I've owned my swim spa for 2 years and use it everyday. I live in Maine which is clearly far from Florida where they are located. I had family in from out of state and they enjoyed the swim spa everyday as well. They enjoyed it so much that their young son completely broke the control valve for the swim current. I called spa manufacturers wanting to know the steps I needed to take to get it fixed. The service manager got me in touch with the general manager and she explained how easy it was to replace the part or they could send a tech out to do it. After she explained how easy it, I determined I could do it myself. She had the part shipped out to me right away and as soon as I got it, it was an easy fix. I was very happy with the quick response and service. They have a great team there.

Hi swim spa. My wife and I are both really enjoying our swim spa evenafter 6 years of owning it. We are a retired couple and still swimming in our late 70's. This has been a great investment and I have had such great customer service from you guys, so I wanted to send a little thank you note to you.

This company is so nice and took time to help me find my perfect hot tub. I ended up getting a nice 4 person one. This fit my needs and has the best therapy for my back and neck. I was so happy because the price was very affordable for me too. The sales lady was so nice as well. Just an overall great company!

I recieved my swim spa here in Chicago just in time for the weather change. The entire family uses it everyday. We are very happy with our purchase and recommend everyone to Spa Manufacturers if you are wanting a swimming spa.

I did alot of searching online about swimspas and I had found a company online that told me they were the manufacturer and made in the USA which was so important to me since I am active military. After doing further research on the company, I found out that the swim spa was actually made out of the country and imported in. This made me very unhappy and took me back to my search again. Well I found Spa Manufacturers who said they are a US made product for over 34 years. I really looked into them to be sure and they were telling the truth. They make them right there in Clearwater FL! I called and got all of the info I needed. I got a great price for being in the miltary and ordered my swim spa sight unseen. Now I have had it for 3 months and I am very happy with it. Point is be very aware of where you spend your hard earned money. I like keeping my money in the US as much as possible and supporting US companies! DO YOUR RESEARCH.

I am a very strong swimmer (nickname is fish) and have test swam many different swim spas on the market. I had problem with out-swimming the currrent on all of them.I thought maybe the ones with the "river current" would be the best but I had to swim a slow pace otherwise I was hitting the back wall. I saw swim spa manufacturers on the interent and decided to take a trip there and make a weekend out of it. I came very skeptical because of all the others I outswam. I got in and actullay swam really well in it. The current was excalty what I needed to keep me in place. I ordered my deluxe swim spa and had it shipped to my home in CO. I am very happy with it.

I am a 71 year old veteran and I bought my very first hot tub 3 weeks ago. My wife said it would make me feel better and not so grumpy. Well 3 weeks later I guess she was right. We went to the factory in Clearwater to look and we found a nice 2 person hot tub that fit us nicely. The jets and hot water really do help. The sale manager was very nice and helpful. We are very happy and it's never too late to buy a hot tub.

I have owned my hot tub from spa manufacturers for 7 years now and I had to make my first service call last week to replace my motor ( I drained my spa and forgot to turn off my power so at my fault it burned up ). I spoke with Chris the service manager and he was so polite and got me scheduled ASAP due to the fact I use my hot tub for therapy everyday. This company has excellent customer service and an excellent hot tub. I will be moving to a new house on a few years once I retire and I will use my old hot tub as a trade in for a new one. I will only go through them, they have been such a great company to work with.

Let me start off with . Hot tub was bought from this company and always had it serviced with this company, our hot tub broke and we need service again had set appointment with them for tuesday and took part of work day off,had to have friend wait the rest of time and called , was told they will call 45 min before coming had to call back at 5:30 and they said they will find out what happen they will call me right back ,no call at all had to call next day to find out what happen they said they will call me back , well they called to tell me that they will call me back again trying to find out what happen and no call back , now it's Thursday and hot tub still not working ,going to find new company , this is not the way a business should treat a on going client ����

I just wanted to come here and thank you guys for getting us such a great deal on a swim spa. We are very happy with it and happy how the ordering and shipping went. This is something we all use everyday.

I am a mother of 2 kids & just had a baby about 6 months ago. I have spent my last 10 years participating in Multiple triahlons. After having my 3rd baby, I noticed it was a little harder to bounce back so I joined a gym with a pool which was about & hour round trip from home. If you are a mom, you know its hard to be away from 3 kids. I had to think "outside of the box". I saw a commercial about Swim Spas & decided why the heck not inquire, so I did & the price expensive. So I took my search to google and I came across Swim Spa Manufacturers. There was an ad for swim spas starting at $9995. I requested info & got response. After a nice conversation with a saleslady, I put a depsoit on a deluxe model which was still super affordable *big smile*. Fast forward to arrival. Swim spa came on time just as the shipping manager and driver said it would. I got it offloaded, placed, hooked up, filled with water and jumped in! I swam laps in place forever! LOVE IT! So happy I found this company!

We have had our swim spa here in Baltimore MD for a few months now and we are using it everyday, even with how cold it has been. The temp is set and maintained at 104. We were concerned with how chilly it has been and keeping the temp so warm in it that the electric bill would be really high. We were very happy to see just a natural slight increase in the electric bill. The salesman was telling the truth, they make a very efficient swim spa. We are very happy. Thanks guys!

I stopped in the clearwater store yesterday for the tent sale I saw advertised. They had really good prices on their hot tubs. I ended up buying a really nice 4 person hot tub and I am so excited to get it delivered! Such nice and helpful people there!

I recieved my Swim Spa here in El Segundo,Ca and I was very happy how smooth the shipping processs was. I started my Swim spa search in the fall of 2015, came across Spa Manufacturers special prices and was delighted they offered free shipping. I purchased sight unseen which is very abnormal for me but I was able to speak with a couple existing customers and went off of the reviews I read. I was satisfied with everything, wired my money over and with in a few weeks I had my swim spa! We all love it and use it EVERY night. Another plus is that they make them in the USA seeing as though my husband is in the military made us happy.
