You know how much a company appreciates you as a customer, when things don't go right on the customer's end.I purchased a new hot tub from Marty during the Home & Garden show. First thing Monday morning they came out to trade out the old hot tub for the new one.I had made arrangements for the hot tub to be drained and electricity disconnected before they got there. Unfortunately, I made the assumption that it was actually drained and ready for exchange.Early Monday morning, Marty and his brothers got there ready to get things done. Unfortunately, on my end, things weren't ready and I didn't realize it until they arrived.This threw off their entire morning schedule, but they were exceptionally gracious about the situation. The tub had to get drained, and get the electricity disconnected and then they came back.This totally changed their schedule for the day and caused them to leave town later than they had planned and yet, they could have not been more kind or helpful.

We tried to purchase a swim spa from Premium Leisure. Received written contract which outlined the terms they wanted us to follow. 3k deposit with 10k due in cash at delivery, We signed and waited for delivery date. after several weeks we contacted the company, they stated they would have a confirmed delivery date within the week, After another week went by we contacted them again, we were told their delivery dept would be contacting us to set up delivery which they did the next day with the promise of yet again confirming a delivery date within the week. Again a week goes by and we call the delivery dept and were told the following thurs or fri our spa would arrive but instead of cash we would need to get a cashiers check.. The Wednesday before delivery we called to find out who the cashiers check should be made out to only to find out the spa did not make the truck and he would get it on the very next truck and get us a confirmation number but know they preferred to have us put the remaining balance on a credit card. So I paid off a credit card in order to make room for the large balance to be put on there. He called the following day stating the next Wednesday the spa would definately be here. Again we took the wed off work scheduled the crane call the night before to make certain it was coming and now they say again it did not make shipment because now we needed to send them a cashiers check to pay in full prior to shipment. After I pointed out my reservations of sending basically cash for this phantom spa that keeps not showing up and reminding them of the contract that they drew up stating cash on delivery. They stated they just could not let the spa leave without payment in full. I offered to put the balance on a credit card or wire funds in full upon arrival or cashiers check upon arrival and none of these options satisfied them. In a nutshell i have spent $1800 on wiring, rescheduled 2 cranes, taken 2 days off of work and am fighting to get my 3k deposit back all for a spa that never came even with a written agreement not to mention we were given the run around for 6 weeks with make believe delivery dates.....This company has no integrity, does not abide by written contracts they create, and shows a complete disregard for the customers they should be serving.....I would seriously think twice before dealing with this unprofessional company. Buy somewhere anywhere else!!!!
04/21/2014 2:03PMI wanted to take a few minutes to share my experience in working with Premium Leisure Pools to purchase an in ground fiberglass pool package. As a first time pool owner acting as the construction manager for my project the initial learning curve proved to be extremely steep. The first step in the process to me was an obvious one, finding a pool application that would fit the budget I had set forth for the project. I started my search like most people would by doing a lot of research on the web. As the pros and cons started to take shape I was able to eliminate first the liner pool and secondly the gunite pool application leaving the option I felt best for me, the fiberglass pool shell. I contacted at least a dozen manufacturers only to learn that most of them wouldn't allow me to purchase a pool unless I was in their distributor network. After numerous calls and emails that led to dead ends I was completely prepared to discard the thought of installing a swimming pool at all. When I stumbled across the Premum Leisure Pools web site my efforts turned from negative to positive with one simple email. My email went out on a Friday afternoon and to my surprise Saturday morning I had a response. From that point moving forward the experience only became better as time went on. Premium Leisure clearly understood that I was not a previous pool owner and made provisions to be sure that I understood exactly what I was getting into prior to purchasing a product. Rick McCoy was my contact through the ordering process and proved to be wealth of knowledge who was completely dedicated to serving customer needs at a high level of detail. Mr. McCoy made himself continuously available to answer questions or satisfy concerns answering 107 total emails precisely and promptly from my projects inception to its end. He walked me carefully through all available options, the pump and filter system, choosing the proper heating system, LED lighting systems, gel coat color options, dig specifications, shipping methods and others I've probably forgotten about. The end result of all this...In a three week time frame I have a beautiful new heated swimming pool with beautiful lighting, at night the color changing LED's are unbelievable. The pool itself is Australian blue and the craftsmanship went far and above my expectations. All said and done I was so very fortunate to have found Premium Leisure and I couldn't be happier...nor could my Grandchildren. dont be scared i was but after a friend got one in greensboro i looked at it got in it was wonderful ,waited a couple months ordered one for me and my wife have had it 9 months no problems 8 dollars a month more in electricity worth 10 time that . had one small problem with one jet they came fixed we are very happy
