I thought this would be a great experience for my daughter and 7 of her friends. I was planning her party for Dec 12 and also rented their limo to pick up her and her friends up from school. After booking the party the sweet n sassy associate  gave me  release forms to fill out for each kid to give each kid parent. On the way home I started to read the release form which states that the sweet and sassy company is not responsible/liable for ANY injuries that may happen in the limo as well as the store. I called to ask about this policy only to be told that the release form only apply to the limo ride to the location. I then asked can some one (store mang. Assoc. Etc) sign something saying this only applies to the limo and not the store I was told no with a bunch of other excuses. The associate then proceeded to tell me that no one questions this release form. I then decided that if the parents of the children I was going to be responsible for had to sign a paper that clearly states that sweet n sassy is released from any injuries that may happen in store and limo I would rather cancel the party. The associate then told me I would be issued a store credit because they are not allowed to give refunds under no circumstance but a store credit is fine. In short they did refund my money but PLEASE READ THINGS BEFORE YOU SIGN!!!! Anything can happen that's why accidents are called accidents.
