K Square is perfectly located in the heart of one of Chicago's thriving fine-dining and entertainment destinations. It overlooks Lake Michigan, North Avenue Beach, the South Pond and Zoo in Lincoln Park, and historic Old Town, a landmark-preserved community, rich with history and charm. K Square is comprised of two buildings, a twenty-two story tower on Wells Street and connected to it on the Clark Street side, an eight-story warehouse structure.
