I was recently in town on vacation and could not take my dog with to the rodeo. The girls at the front desk at the hotel recommended K-9 Kennels. I gave them a call and they happily watched my dog for the afternoon. My dog had recently been rescued and they were very happy to make sure she felt safe while in their care. A big thanks to the staff.
I have used Keith and Mag's Pet-A-Care pet sitting service for several years. They are awesome. My dogs love them and are happy when I come home. They are 100% reliable. I will continue to use Pet-A-Care and recommend them to others.

I would not recommend this kennel to any dog owner who is concerned with their pets well-being. I am beyond furious right now after picking my dogs up from a two night stay at Cheyenne's K-9 Kennels. We have boarded with them in the past, and they have always double checked our vaccination records, BEFOREHAND to ensure that they have up-to-date records. We assumed that they had copies of their most recent vaccinations, as we self vaccinate. We received no phone calls during our trip, and went to pick up our dogs as planned. Upon arrival we were greeted with extra charges on our bill, that when questioned, the girl nonchalantly let us know that they were vaccination charges. Apparently instead of calling us to A. Check that we did not have records that could be faxed or emailed, to B. Ensure that there have not been any bad reactions in the past, or to C. Even ASK PERMISSION in any fashion to vaccinate, they decide to take it upon themselves to do it for us. They have now been double vaccinated for Bordatella, canine distemper and parvo. We should have been notified.. and an effort should have been made to obtain consent. This was a defensive move made by the business to cover up their mistake in not double checking their records. We will never take our dogs back, and we urge all dog owners to think twice about confining their dogs to the ultra small kennels in a place that does not properly monitor records and makes medical decisions without even attempting to contact the owner.
★☆☆☆☆ VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED ......first stay Peanut in June was pleasant and I was looking forward to using Red Ruff Inn again. BUT,...... This September while on a photography trip in Wyoming I (thought) had booked two separate bookings for Peanut, one for 7 days over Thanksgiving and the other 13 days for Christmas. I did not read carefully, the note from Red Ruff Inn that says "if you don't hear from us please call to confirm". This past week I called to make reservations for Peanut for an up coming hunting trip in November and too check on my holiday reservations. No one answered the phone. I received a phone call back a few hours later letting me know that they are booked for Thanksgiving and I can be put on a waiting list. SAY WHAT? .....I made 2 separate reservations in September and I am now being told neither one of them went through. I would like to know how that happens. I have called and emailed Red Ruff Inn SEVERAL TIMES, 1. to ask Brittany please double check for me to see if by chance my emails did go through (NO RESPONSE) 2. I resent my Christmas vacation request and never got a response so I called AGAIN (NO RESPONSE) 3. I then had another photography trip this past few days come by surprise, I booked online and called , yet again (NO RESPONSE)....at this point I figured out I'm getting the cold shoulder. I have never in the 41 years as a native in Cheyenne, Wyoming ever been treated by a business such as this. My last effort with this business was a message through Facebook asking for this issue to be resolved...... Message was looked at, but once again NO COMMUNICATION. I'M NOW WRITING MY REVIEW AND GETTING THE WORD OUT. Having family businesses in Cheyenne since 1943, I would certainly use any means of communication there is to offer these days if one of our customers was upset so we could quickly get it resolved positively.
We've had a wonderful experience with Tammy at BBCamp. Our dog goes crazy with excitement when we come up the drive. She loves being able to run outside in a large field with the other dogs. I appreciate that Tammy pre-screens dogs to ensure that they are social and get along with other boarders. Recently, during an emergency illness, Tammy was available last minute for us to bring out dog so we could be out of town for a hospitalization. Tammy is knowledgable and an obvious dog lover. Only drawback is the facility is a good drive East of Cheyenne, but we don't mind because we know our dog will be well cared for.
BRADBURY BOARDING CAMP IS AN EXCELLENT FACILITY FOR BOARDING DOGS.THE OWNERS ARE REAL PROFESSIONALS AND WILL TAKE EXCELLENT CARE OF YOUR DOGS. We have visited many dog kennels over the years and this one has to be one of the best. The owners treat your dogs with love and exceptional care.The kennels are new and very well designed to make your dog very comfortable almost to the point that my dog would rather stay then get picked up. The facility is very clean and I would recommend this place to any DOG LOVER.The owners go the extra mile to make sure that your dog has a pleasant stay at BBC.
My husband & I will be leaving the beautiful state of WY. Before I go, I'd like to put in my review on BBC as I have been a repeat customer since 2008. BBC came recommended to me by my Vet here in Cheyenne. I called, made an appointment, filled out the requisite paperwork, brought shot records and had questions of my own. I met Tammy and her dogs (Gizmo, Joey & Apple) along w/my dog one afternoon. Tammy gave me a tour of their facility, each of the different kennels, their orthopedic beds, solar lanterns, nice surround sound music, lighted trees in the middle of the floor area, play areas for outside on good weather days, and inside on cold weather days. We talked, asked and answered questions, watched my dog interact w/her dogs and the other dogs that were already at the kennel. I was very impressed and have been since. I would recommend BBC to anyone who needed to board their dogs and have to include people who have just moved to Cheyenne or are getting ready to move to Cheyenne.As I was getting ready to write my review, I was surprised to notice the 1 star review below. I would take that review w/a grain of salt. I'm a person who is known to fire people, companies and am loyal to the people who have been good to me, my family and yes, to include my dog. With BBC, you know right up front with what to expect from Tammy and Michael and what they expect from you. You are part of their family and vice-versa. We went over the paperwork (contract), shot records, my dog's personality, etc. After over an hour, Tammy & I agreed that we would all make good team. I've been with them every since.Even if I come back to visit, I would and will call BBC to board my dog there. She is happy when we arrive and has even tried to sneak Apple (they're best friends) into her suitcase to take her home w/us! She is much loved by Tammy, Michael, their son, Cheyenne, Apply and Joey (Gizmo is now in Dog Heaven) and we with them. Very highly recommend!!!!! Will miss the Bradbury Family very much!
