Apparently I'm not the ONLY person who has had a problem with this companies products and trying to contact them due to their failed products....
MY quesiton is THIS.... if they are such a poor company......
Why are people still BUYING THINGS FROM THEM??
I say it's time someone does something about this company. I'm going to be the one who does it. When my daughter is disappointed on Easter because her Miracle of Easter CD doesn't work and I find out this is a pathetic company who has time and time again left customers empty handed AND failed to stand up to the standard of a level of service Americans expect ...(Yes, I saw...it was MADE in CHINA. No offense to China as a nation, but what do you expect when you get products made by people under paid and cheaply bought materials)
Indeed, I'm not going to be another consumer who will allow a useless company to make a quick dollar...a dollar that in THIS ecoonomy that is HARD to scrape up...and then sit back in their offiice 'somewhere' in Chesapeake, VA with no Website or simple quick way to access them when their sorry, cheap products don't work.
Am I a ranting irrate customer? YOU BET. Am I just ranting and will forget about this? NOPE. Check my blog...I'll make sure this company doesn't get away so easily. That's what I do. Deal with sormpanies who try to make money of hard working Americans. Clean it up and get my child her CD that works...and is programmed properly....Is that too much to ask from a company who puts a CD entired "The Miracle of Jesus"? Is it a MIRACLE to contact this company?

First off i don't appreciate being chastised for any complaint i post here. A customer is a customer regardless of quality OR quality!...you read right! Now, (since) i am the customer and i am paying money (again, regardless) I still expect to get a reasonable product for my dollar! These Shmucks can't even answer their phones - THAT is how relevant the customer is to them. "Well hell, its just a dollar"! ....yes it is but one dollar adds up to hundreds and even thousands with many customer purchases. Which in turn fills DT's money tills. When an outfit can't even answer their phones - that is a REAL strong indication of how seriously they're taking their client.
I bought 12X18 inch "Craft & Activity Mat" (UPC 639277309280) @ 1 of my local Dollar Trees, LOVE THEM for making templates for craft stuff that I do. They quit having @ that location. At a 2nd D.T. I frequent, I don't think they ever had them. Is there a way I can get more - they're great!!
Also, I used to buy 4 pack of hand sanitizer for ministry - now there's only 3 in a packet - bummed b/c it makes a huge difference.
Not sure about other products but their Breckinridge Farms sweet pickles are the best I've ever tasted. I have almost an addiction to sweet pickles so have tried almost every brand on the market across the U.S. On my next trip to Dollar Tree (or whatever place carries the product) I will purchase as much as I can carry home.
Why are there so many negative reviews here? You paid ONE DOLLAR for an item and you expect great things? Are you serious? I love Dollar Tree, but use common sense when shopping there. There are some things that I purchase only at Dollar Tree and some things that I would never purchase there. I buy remote batteries, cheese popcorn, cat toys, birthday cards, helium-filled balloons, gift bags, Christmas ornaments, cotton candy, toothpaste, dental floss, dish soap, bread, non-chlorine bleach, foam cups, mugs, dinner plates, and glass cups (among other things). I know that I am taking a chance that the quality and quantity will not be great since everything is only ONE DOLLAR!
i went to dollar tree an seen instant coffee an said wow coffee for a buck .. got home an tasted it an doesent even taste anything like coffee its blah... it looks like coffee smelled like coffee but did not taste like coffee so what imitation product did they use label says 100% coffee from mexico . some one should check it out an try it......
I bought a 3 pk of "Chatties" slip on socks....RIP OFF!! the package had ONE pair as advertised, the other two pairs were toe covers only. I was really angry as I had these on a trip, packed the unopened package for convenience so I wouldn't loose any socks.....I had to go find socks on my trip so I had 3 pair!

I bought a yo-yo. It should really just be called a yo as it doesn't return. I could have as much fun just tying a string to a rock and pitching it towards the ground. Come to think of it, maybe this is a yo-yo for neandrathals and it works perfectly. Now, I am confused.
YOU DISTRIBUTE AS PRODUCT CALLED "ASSURED SLEEP AID". THE PKG DOESN'T SAY WHO THE MANUFACTURER IS. I HATE THE WAY THIS PRODUCT IS PACKAGED. THOSE BLISTER PACKS ARE TERRIBLY HARD TO GET INTO, ESPECIALLY FOR SOMEONE 84 YEARS OLD WITH ARTHRITIS. THE MANUFACTURER SHOULD THINK ABOUT US OLD FOLKS WHEN THEY ARE MAKING THE PRODUCT. I'LL BET MORE OF US OLD FOLKS BUY MORE OF THE PRODUCT THAN ANY OTHER AGE GROUP.
I'm beyond annoyed. I purchased a mini speaker, on the package it said aaa batteries required, so I purchased those as well, what it didn't tell me on the package, is that you need a tiny, minuscule, mini, Philips head, eye glass size screwdriver in order to access the battery panel. Products that require additional, special Items, should be listed openly on the packaging!!!!!! Beyond annoyed! Fix this! Add it to the packaging!!
We recently purchased a universal stereo cassette adapter. It is stuck in the player in our vehicle.
What a disappointment. We would like our money back as well as the cost of having it repaired. Unbelievable. Then....you try to call this company and no one will Speak To you..... REALLY.... you are directed elsewhere. The website says they are open..... what are they doing? Not talking customer calls..... that's what they are doing! Annoyed!!!!

I have been buying Basket Bags (2 Pack) or 6-7 years. Never had a problem with them until now. I use them to ship my clothes out I sell at ebay. The bags that I have opened are stuck together and I can not open them. I have lost money on these bags and would like some kind of refund or replacement.

My son obtained a severe cut on his foot that required 4 stitches from your product! Very poorly made toys! This was a toy shark and the top fin cut his skin, blood everywhere! It sure it's funny that you don't inspect your toys, you have no care about the children that are playing with them!
