My son received 2 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle jigsaw puzzles for Easter they're supposed to be 48 piece puzzles well one of them it has duplicate pieces and the other is totally missing one piece is there anything you can do to help me with this I don't really know where they came from his basket was a gift

recently purchased 2 packs of the microwavable macaroni and cheese. The entire bottom of the plastic containers melt when you put them in the microwave for even 2 minutes. They're supposed to be in the microwave for 3 1/2 minutes. Obviously not safe to eat. Who wants to eat plastic with their mac n cheese?

I bought a package of red Valentine doilies at the Dollar Tree and when I went to separate them, so many were stuck together that they tore and then were unusable.

I recently purchased 3 of your 500 piece jigsaw puzzles and very sorry to say only one of them had all 500 pieces..They did not cost much but it does take the fun out of it not to beable to finish it because of missing piece/pieces and they were not lost they were not in the package..I will not buy any of your products in the future one very unhappy customer and if there is one there must be more

I purchased bags of nacho cheese tortilla chips from the dollar tree and when I opened the first bag for thanksgiving snacks, out fell two unidentifiable black globs. Needless to say I along with guests that saw these disgusting globs did not eat any nacho cheese tortilla chips. what can your company do to soothe my dislike for this product?

They misrepresent themselves. Their products are fake. Purchased eyeglass cleaner from Dollar Tree. Did not clean the eyeglasses at all, only smeared. Says non smearing.

Mad when you put puzzle together and can't finish because of a duplicate piece of the puzzle and your missing one

I don't recommend the products this company imports at all. Their product are imported and they are sold in the Dollar Tree. I bought two sets of pencils and when you sharpen them the wood is so hard the lead falls out. I bought two books Volume 1 & 2 of the Bible crossword puzzles and neither of them have enough references in them to call them Bible crosswords. The book says Clever Factory on the back but it is imported by Greenbrier. The puzzle topic would say a name that the puzzle would be about like Faith, Moses, Crucifixion and more. The crossword puzzles have little to do with the Bible or the topic it names the puzzle. The Crucifixion hints for the across puzzle were like 'In the barrel" "birdie feature" "1961 Best Actress Winner" "Cutless or Delta 88 for short". What do these hints have to do with the Crucifixion ? This company imports junk from other countries. I go to the Dollar Tree a lot and you cannot believe the junk. Their summer flip flop sandals are marked certain sizes and they are all made smaller than last year. The size they are supposed to be are marked higer than acturally are. A sandal marked size 10 is an size 8 and so on. Some things are good I don't know if they are all Greenbrier imports but the one that I had trouble with and found out were inferior were from Greenbrier.

I purchased a can of glade spray, Red Honeysuckle Nectar, could only use about half the can, the sprayer no longer worked. I purchased another can, thinking it was just that can, but no, the second can, the same thing. I then purchased a different brand, The Home Store, Rose Bouquet, it too, the same thing, only half the can used. No, I did not purchase a second can, I learned my lesson.

I purchased a chess game at Dollar Tree. Get it home to find 1 missing white pawn. Bought another chess game, find it missing 1 white knight. Bought a 3rd chess game, found it had 2 sets of rooks and bishops for both colors, and no queen king and knights. I understand its Dollar Tree, but if you're going to package and sell products, make sure everything is in the box before its factory sealed. Plus with these kind of issues your company continues to have, your reputation gets tarnished. Think I'll spend the extra money to buy things at Walmart and Target instead...3 out of 3 chess games with pieces issues...ridiculous...wouldn't even rate 1 star if I could

The next time you plan on sending out products wether they are cheap or not you should at least put something in the packaging... I will not buy the cheap fun projects my oldest child loves to do as long as it has this company's name or address on it...

ORIGINAL SALTINES STALE AND IN PIECES NOT ONCE BUT 3 TIMES. JUNK!!!!!

I purchased several bags of the Crafters Square accent gems (made in China) from The Dollar Tree. Inside one of the bags was a smoked Asian cigarette! (it has Chinese writing on it). Not only disgusting, but extremely alarming since I teach preschool students with special needs. The students could have easily put this cigarette in their mouth, had I not been alert while dumping the gems out for our classroom activity!! I, and all my coworkers, are completely repulsed by this and will all think twice before purchasing such items from the Dollar Tree again.

Yesterday I purchased 2 bags of Coastal Bay 'gummie bears' and several of the gummies tasted like they had perfume in them. The entire bag was not like that. It seemed to be the yellow ones mostly.

I bought a package of Paws N Claws catnip from Dollar Tree today. I opened it, placed some out for my cats to enjoy and found MANY small pieces of wood chips!! I immediately intervened and I swept it up and threw this out! WHAT is this company selling? The reviews seen here are quite concerning about other items sold at Dollar Tree that are supplied by Greenbrier International Inc.! Aren't things sold at those stores inspected and checked out? It makes me upset to think what could have happened! Anything to make a buck.... Literally!!

Be careful. Much is junky. Some is good for $1.

Also, don't buy the new GummiE's Bears now made in Mexico. They are nothing like the one's made in the USA. 6 oz vs. 9 oz. Tasteless like shoe leather. Rubbery in texture. The ingredients look alike but their respective positions (meaning amounts) are not the same. We used to order a case at a time. The last two bags we bought will be dumped. They have ruined a great product. Even better than well known brands like Black Forest. Shame.

My brother was shopping at a dollar store, when he came across a pixie shimmer dust that comes in a little plastic baggy. It weighs two grams...it looks like a shimmery bag of coke. So when a little girl happens to find one of America`s most popular drugs, they will think its magic pixie dust. So wrong

I've bought plenty of picture frames for $1.00 over the years at Dollar General & Family Dollar and they have been fine. Unfortunately, I bought 3 from Dollar Tree that are absolute pieces of CRAP! I don't begin to guess what they are made of...seems to be pressed cardboard or something equally ridiculous. Of course, you can't tell that they aren't plastic as they look to be until you remove the cellophane . Then, they begin to literally break apart at the corners as you try to remove the back to insert your picture. Pieces of the frames just fall off. Super Glue did no good to try to put them back together. I would absolutely be embarrassed to sell such inferior products, and I WILL NO LONGER WASTE MY MONEY AT DOLLAR TREE STORES!!!
