My father passed away June 27, 2016; I brought back, among other things, a Seiko watch he had worn. As my son didn't want it, I thought to offer it to my daughter. To my surprise, she took it! (My father was a big man and this was not a small watch - my daughter is rather petite, so really didn't think she'd want it) Needless to say, the bracelet on the watch was huge. Some one referred her to Long's, so she visited their Chesapeake store. They patiently worked with the watch, fitting it to her wrist perfectly. So as to not damage the integrity of the bracelet, they removed the links one or two at a time, having her try it, then adjusting again until both the jeweler and my daughter were happy. The charge? The price of the battery it also needed. To say the least, even though I live in Hampton, I WILL be taking my repairs, and purchases, to them!
