        Disappointing

        This assisted living is sad.

        Since they got a new director this year, Mark Kane, it has all gone down hill. It's no longer a loving cozy home anymore. Management has made things very sterile and it feels like you are at a "one size fits all" medical facility. It's such a shame for the current residents and the CNAs and Med Techs that are working to keep up with the demands of management. Five Star needs to find a new director fast.
