After 2 1/2 years of going to this groomer, we were told that of Siberian Huskies were too much to handle for the groomer, Neil who has back problems and arthritis. Apparently the dogs were too vocal for folks who decided to get into the pet grooming business. After being called to pick up our dogs (who were still wet) we were still charged full price for the service. They have tons of turnover and wow....the latest groomer can’t handle Huskies.Don’t waste your time here....not that you have tons of options on James Island.

Adore this facility and the staff. A friend told me about it and I am blessed they did. Took both of my dogs and now they wag their tails when they know they are going. It is actually a vacation of fun for them as well. They are never distressed when I pick them up. Love them~!
I met the owners at the Dog Fair this year and was impressed on how supportive they are with Foster dogs. I took both my black lab (seen in picture above) and my foster hound and was able to see them play on the cameras all day during the interview day. I liked to see how much the employees interacted with them. I have since brought Hagan to overnight camp on several occasions and he is always excited to get there and looks happy for the social time when I pick him up. They are friendly and efficient. I appreciate the safety measures and they have their act together..
