My experience with Moores towing was horrible. My van decided to breakdown on Glen McConnel highway this past Friday, August 4th 2017. I called Moore's towing and explained what had happened and where the van was located as well as where the extra set of keys could be found in order the get into the vehicle if need be. I was told by dispatch that they were overloaded at the time but assured me they would get someone out there asap to tow my vehicle back to my home. Before I left the location where my van had broken down I called someone to come help me push the vehicle further into the median so it would be safe until Moore's towing could arrive. There was not a scratch or dent anywhere on my vehicle as witnessed by the person helping me push it further into the median. Well everyone this is where the issue I have starts. When my van did finally get delivered to me the driver told me what a crappy day he was already having. I didn't give it a second thought because we all have our good and bad days. Once the driver lowered my van into my driveway and I went to pay for the towing cost I happened to look at the rear of my van where he was connected to it. The whole passenger side of my van has been crushed upwards as a result of what looks to be excessive force. I told the driver about it and he said it was already like that when he picked it up. This is a straight lie. I took pictures of the damage caused as a result of their negligence and contacted the owner of the company. The owner instructed me to send him pictures of the damage and that he would personally come out and inspect the damage and determine if it was caused by his driver or not. I basically felt as though he was calling me a liar without even seeing my vehicle. I don't expect that this towing company is going to do the right thing and pay to have my van fixed where it was damaged by them. I plan on taking full legal action if they do not do what is right in this situation. Please please please think twice about calling this company especially if you value your vehicles appearance as I do. They may charge less then there competition I know now why that is the case. By the way I have never written a review in my life, but I feel compelled to let as many people as possible know what poor business ethics this company has demonstrated thus far.

The staff at Moore's is top notch..cant say anything negative about my experiences with this company..i have used them three times and they are always on time, professional and very helpful on problem solving automotive issues..if you are in the Charleston area this is the only tow service you should call..Thank you Scooter !!!
Dishonest, seedy.....trolling for cars in the middle of the night.....claimed to tow my car because of expired tags....tow driver was fully aware of the State Of SC law which allows a 30 day grace period due to back up at the DMV....so desperate for the $220 tow fee....greedy and desperate and mouthy.....I was advised by the police dept to follow through in a civil court......I will file papers Monday morning......
I cant say enough about Moore's Towing. They are very courteous, affordable and quick. I wont ever call any other towing company.
Thanks to Thomas for his Very Profesional and friendly manner. My son's car broke down on Thanksgiving night and Thomas quickly showed up. My husband and I will definitely spread the word about this company.
Very nice and dependable people. Much more reasonably priced than many other tow companies. I have used them about 6 times for various hauls, including a couple of "non-vehicle" items. Always on time and always professional.
I dealt with probably the most cold hearted person this morning from this company. He sits in the lot off George Street. This company runs a predatory towing strategy which in most states is illegal. They wait for you to illegally park and even if you leave your car running with someone inside to move it on a non clearly marked spot, they will tow you. No explanation or excuse will get you out of it. To ruin someones morning just for leaving there vehicle running to grab a coffee in less than 30 seconds without giving a warning simply saying, "Hey sir that spot is private" is just messed up. To whoever needs a towing company avoid this one at all costs all they want is your money and to make commission. Im truly disappointed thank you Craven's for taking money from a young adult who serves your country for simply grabbing a coffee.
Illegally towed my car from a private lot and wrecked it. Did not file a police report after the accident and refused to pay for the total damage. Car is destroyed. Even made me pay the fee to have it released. Will be filing in court. Only gave one star because I had to. Awful awful company
