After visiting 2 local dealerships, my wife and I came to Crest Ford Centerline looking for a used Ford Escape. We contacted the salesman, Matthew C., on the phone. Matt was very knowledgeable and helped her find the vehicle she was looking for. Matthew C. put the deal together. Sale and delivery were completed within 24 hours. Extremely satisfied !!!

Got a flat tire on my 2015 Mustang two weeks ago, I decided to take it to Crest because it was right by my house and wouldn't have made it to my usual dealership before going flat. I was immediately greeted by Krystal who has a very upbeat and welcoming personality. It was decided that my tire would need to be replaced but it would take about a week to get the new tire in. They were able to patch the tire to get me by until the new one came in, which I appreciated very much, so as to not have my car down for a whole week. After a mix-up with the wrong tire being delivered, I finally had the new one installed and I am very pleased with my service here. I am very OCD with my cars and Krystal and the techs at Crest put me at ease. Keep up the good work!

Overall

Yes indeed back again!

I love that my resident sales expert, Rebecca O. monitors specials, lease turn ins & my account to let me know when is the best time to turn in a lease.

Received a call from her on 9-14-15 to let me know that Ford was having a 6 month early out on leases with zero penalty.

So we talked and texted details and vehicle specifications & desires that I wanted and or needed in my next lease.

85% of this deal was completed via phone & text.

5% for an in person visit and to fill out the credit application

no trade in drama as the early bird program takes your car and pays if off

with no haggling or penalty

10% to pick it up and sign paperwork

Yes it is true.

I called and texted colors I desired vs. colors available in my desired packages, she had 2-3 in stock and one on a dealer trade.

We hammered out anticipated miles and set up a delivery date of 9/21/15

My schedule was in a very flexible state , so she met me off site at a Tim Hortons, she brought the folder of documents, she also contacted my insurance agent and made the deal simple & pain free.

No last minute surprises

No drama

No bait & switch

Vehicle was delivered

Clean

Shiny

Full tank of gas

New plate installed

Payment was with in the budget I laid out.

Also worth mentioning is I truly desired heated seats, but not after market, so she contacted Ford and they installed Ford Heated seats before I took delivery.

Once again Rebecca exceeded my expectations, as she went above & beyond.

I feel and know that Rebecca and Crest earned my repeat business and any referrals that are wise to follow my lead.

I arrived looking to purchase a new car, for a test drive. I had made an appointment a couple days before hand and when we spoke in person we went over numbers and some typical paperwork but I never was given the oppurtunity to test drive the vehicle due to another appointment that had arrived. I felt rushed and unappreaciated as if i wasn't being taken seriously. i will be taking my business else where to say the least & to somewhere that cares about their customers not just about the money being made!.

Excellent customer service!!!! spoke to Tom G on the phone explained that it would be quite the drive for me to come out to their dealership and wanted him to give me a detail description of the condition of the vehicle. Tom was prompt with his return call and we were even able to talk price and have everything all set before I arrived that evening. We drove the vehicle, loved it, drove it home that night, amazing customer service! Everyone stayed late for us to finalize the deal and complete the paperwork to avoid an additional drive out there and even though they had to stay past close everyone had a spectacular attitude and treated us wonderfully. Thank you Tom G, Tim and Pat you guys are great! And the nice porter who stayed to clean up the car as well!! We will definitely recommend CREST FORD to our family and friends!

Overall

I have been going to Crest Ford for over 10 years, since it was Bob Thibideau Ford, both buying cars and servicing them. I've rarely had an experience above 3 stars ("It's Okay"), but this last and final experience killed the relationship.

I had my car picked up (which is a really nice service) for an oil change and "complimentary" multi-point inspection; the Check Engine and Tire Pressure lights were also lit. The first thing they did was pull Diagnostic Codes and perform the inspection; then their Service Rep. Mike Brabow called me to suggest over $800 in parts and services to replace the EGR Valve and the Air Intake Manifold Gasket.

I decided that the AIM Gasket probably didn't need replacing and that I would replace the EGR Valve myself. Brabow seemed annoyed when I began asking questions and that I had decided to do the work myself. The car was returned to me that evening. The oil change was never performed, even though they had the car all day; and the tire was never serviced, even though I had purchased the tires there a year ago. Though they had not performed the work I had requested, they charged me $100 for pulling Diagnostic Codes, which is something AutoZone, Advanced Auto Parts, etc. will do for free. (They did not tell me ahead of time that I would be charged $100, or I would have refused the "service".)

When I called to express my dissatisfaction, the Service Manager Jim Clark showed no real concern but did say he would have Brabow call me back. Clark also seemed annoyed that I questioned the "service" I had received. I never got the call back. I even filled-out the online survey, reiterated my concerns, and again requested a call-back. Nothing.

I was given the impression that they did not have my best interest in mind and that they were not interested in meeting my needs at a reasonable price but instead in getting as much money out of me as they could. I have filed a Dispute with my credit card company and will do whatever I can to make sure Crest Ford never again gets a penny out of me.

I bought a certified ford F150 from crest ford and had problems right away. The sales manager Pete Lafata was rude and rushed me through the paperwork and through the process. I bought the certified vehicle on a Saturday and by Monday the check engine light was on. Pete Lafata assured me that he would help me out and that I could bring the truck right in. After they looked over the truck they told I needed a new thermostat and that the cost was going to be $300. I told the mechanic that I did not want to pay for repairs on a truck that I had just bought a couple days before. He told me to go to the used cars sales manager Pete Lafata ( who was also my sales guy). He told me that he had helped me enough by having the mechanic look at it and that the repair was my problem and that I had to "fork over the cash". I had never been spoken to in such a manner by somebody I had just given a lot of money to. I was very insulted and I took my business else where. since then I have broken down several times and have done several repairs on my certified ford that I have only had for 7months. I would recommend that people avoid crest ford and the used car sales manager Pete Lafata.

I was in the market to buy a new vehicle. While shopping online, I came across a used vehicle that had low miles and a great price. When I arrived Tony Candela was unlocking the vehicle as we pulled in. He was there to answer the MANY questions that I had. He took the time to explain the process of leasing/buying a used vehicle. This helped me to make a very informed decision. I purchased the vehicle and my parents looking into to buying a new vehicle here too. Tony was there to make sure that I was happy with the whole process of buying a new vehicle, he went above and beyond! :) Overall all of the employees that I met were very friendly and willing to answer any questions I had! I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from Crest Ford. Thanks Crest Ford!

In a slight hurry to pick up a car. I only had one day off this week. After the last snow fall my wife smashed her car. So Saturday I stopped in at Crest Ford and met Tony Candela, explained to him my situation and that I was in a hurry and I was looking for a Ford Fusion Tony showed me several vehicles. And I found the one I was looking for at the right price and monthly payment and as a longtime resident of Centerline Michigan. I love seeing all the improvements that Crest Ford has done to their building, and can't wait for the grand reopening. Thanks again Tony and Crest Ford for all the help last Saturday I will be returning for my next purchase

As a doctor. I have a very limited time to shop for cars. So in between One of my hospital runs. I stopped at Crest Ford Centerline and met a very nice salesman named Tony Candela. I told him I was interested in Mustang convertible. He showed me several choices, and work with me for several weeks to ascertain the best car to fit my needs and worked with me and around my very busy schedule. He he also stated that he would come in on his off day to help fit the delivery my new car into my schedule, which he did. I would recommend dealing with Crest Ford used car department. What a wonderful group of people. Thanks again Tony

As a single mother with two children. I give very nervous shopping for new car. And being on a very tight budget and shopping at several dealerships. Crest Ford and their staff made me feel extremely comfortable in the buying process. They found me car in my budget with low miles and a great interest rate. Tony Candela spent a lot of quality time with me explaining the vehicle and all my finance options to me. Definitely would recommend Crest Ford to all my friends and family.

Overall

2 weeks ago i bought a used 2011 Ford Flex from them for $21000, with 30000 miles on it. They kinda rushed me through it. i told them that we could come back (me and my wife) in the morning to finish up, but they were not having it. so we did the deal that night. ok so we have the car. all is good right? Then it snowed the next morning. I was all over the place in this car that only had 30000 miles on it. Who would have thought that the tires were bad on a certified car. So i called and talked to the finance Guy Tim. He said that if they had more than 3/32 of an inch on them then they did not have to replace them. So i took the car to Discount tire, and bell tire. both said i should have never left the lot with out having new tires on the car, I even took it to Crest Fords service Dept. he said at least 3 out of the 4 are completely unsafe and i need a front end alignment. i asked him (Michael Brabow) to write this down so i could have a refrence and he did (i still have this). so i went into the sales dept and they told me to come in Monday to talk to my sales guy (Charlie Versellie) and used cars Sales Manager (Pete LaFata). I did, they gave me #$%$. I told my sales guy this is supposed to be a certified car! he said ill look at the certs . After a Half hour wait he decided to pull me over to show me the cirts that showed that they made a mistake and that the car should have never made it off the lot without the front tires being replaced. i said ok, so what are you going to do. he said that they were going to get me the front tires. i said I want a front end alignment too, since your service manager said that it needs it also. he said it shouldnt be a problem . It became a big problem!!!! the next day i came in for the tires i asked the guy that takes your car in to the bay that they were doing a front end alignment too right. he said it is not on his list . i went. right to my sales guy asking him why no front end alignment. i am getting 2 tires why are you not doing the alignment too. so he went to his boss the used sales manager (Pete ZaPata) and he said to me were are giving you a complementary 2 free tires i laughed at him and said no your fixing your dumb mistake, and that i knew that i shouldn t even driven off the lot the way it was. so he said you don t need it I said give me that in writing he said No , and walked off. then i told my sales guy i will not come back here if i don t get it. I said i want to talk to your Sales Manager (Sam Haynes). So my sales guy went into his office and came back out and said they will not do it. i said Charlie you are going to lose all our business, the Sales, Service, and Body shop over one front end alignment! that s when it all came down. the Sales Manager finally came out from behind his Desk and decided to talk to me with his finger in my face and said Are you going to talk to someone in a wheel chair that way as if i was cussing him out. i didn t even say one swear word, but was very frustrated. then he kicked me out. i told him that i want his name and that i was going to call the owner. he said here s my card and make sure you spell my name right . i said i will make sure i wont . then as he was getting my car i told him that i wanted to talk to him in the first place but he was to lazy to come out and talk to me face to face. then he told me to leave again. well when i got home i called the owner and he was busy so i left him a message, same as this one. needless to say i never got a call back. that is why i am now putting this out. over a front end alignment they have lost my business forever. i will not recommend anyone buying any car from any Crest dealer as even Crest himself don t care about how his customers are dealt with. Good luck if you go there. plus I asked for a car fax report and never got that either. next time ill have to get a GM or Dodge

My name is Elodia Ayler-Jordan...

My name is Elodia Ayler-Jordan, my husband Essic Jordan took our car to Crest Ford for service(oil change). We had a 2:30 pm appointment. They brought my husband home and was suppose to call us and send their driver to pick my husband up when the car was ready. Well,6:30 pm came and no call. We called the dealership and learned that the service department was closed and that we could come in and pick up the car but they could not send a driver back to get my husband. We are really dissatisfied with the service and disappointed that we did not receive a car that our car was ready. That is no way to do business and I am filing a complaint against the dealership. We are seniors and needed to go to the store, we had to pay to get to the store. We have a car and should not have had to pay to go anywhere. It was the dealerships responsibility to notify us that the car would not be ready, or that they could not get the car back the same day, or bring the car in tomorrow for service. They did not call and give us any information.

I would not recommend anyone to this dealership and I will not return. This is the way that they treat customers then they do not deserve my service or my money. Today is Monday August 27, 2012.

I usually don't throw my 2 cen...

I usually don't throw my 2 cents in the ring but I feel this place is just horrible the way they treat their customers. DO NOT! I repeat DO NOT take your car to this place. I didn't buy my car there but I use to get it serviced there. I am in the market for a new car and I am proud to say that Crest Ford WILL NOT be getting my business.

The service department is incompetent and there manager Jim Clark and staff try to use bully quick talk tactics to create the illusion that it is your fault that their staff didn't document your complaints instead of taking responsibility for poor service. These people DO NOT care about their customers what-so-ever. My car is now going to another dealership that gave me better prices and were up front.

Did I mention they put the wrong oil filter on my ford at the ford dealer and I drove to NY and back and the oil was pretty much leaked out by then?

If you do have problems, I guess it is the customers job to make sure the dealership documents your complaints and to make them put it in writing.

Crest Ford formerly Bob Thibodeau Ford has failed on the most important factors.
