My van was consuming a quart of oil every week. Brought the van in and there were many leaks including the oil pan, front crank seal, lower intake gasket, etc. I purchased the extended lifetime warranty when we purchased the vehicle. The dealership took care of all repairs and went above and beyond by waiving the brake inspection fee because a rental car was unavailable while my van was in the shop. Our warranty includes a rental car for any service call. Jim, took care of the lifetime powertrain inspection as well. The repairs were covered by the powertrain warranty. For the first time I felt the service department was working for me, the customer. They have gone above and beyond my expectations and for the first time in 5 years I genuinely feel like a valued customer. Prior to this experience I was very unhappy with past service encounters and told my husband we would never buy another Chrysler product. After this experience I will likely buy my next vehicle from this dealership. Thank you Jim for going the extra mile and making me feel valued and important.
We came in for our first routine oil change on our new Grand Cherokee and when we left a mistake was made with a gasket that caused an oil leak spraying oil all over and out the exhaust. Upon returning, the staff immediately diagnosed the problem, Judy came over took responsibility, made us feel at ease, explained the problem and the process for the resolution. Judy treated us with respect, got us a rental at their cost, fixed the problem and had the car detailed cleaning up all the oil spill mess. Anyone could have handled the situation but this person genuinely cared that we received a high level of customer service. This is what execute excellence looks like to me. Thank you we will be back and will be customers for life.
I had to bring back my car for a recheck as I was leaking fluid since 2 weeks ago from the 1st repair. I called Judy at 710am on a monday nervous that I might not get In because it's a Monday. She got me in immediately and within 35 min Devon came back to me and explained what happened. Devon as I said previous is a sincere person and explains things very well. And Judy is easy to talk to before the repair is made and she explains also very well what I might expect. They are both an asset to the Friendly Team.
Jim Riehl Auto Group, both in Lapeer, and particularly as of late in Warren, has served my wife and I well in the leasing and purchasing of several vehicles. Their service was outstanding every time. The new lease cars which came from Lapeer were delivered to our home in Macomb Township personally. Our purchases in Warren were attended to by a fantastic salesman (Kirk Rowe), who made them smooth, and pleasant from start to finish. I'd go back there EVERY time I had a vehicle purchase or lease to make.
A few weeks ago, we leased a 2013 Ram 1500 Big Horn for my wife. Our salesman, Bob Lesko, worked out such a great deal for us, that we decided to lease a second Ram (this time, for myself). Again, Bob went above and beyond, and found a truck that met all of my requirements, right down to the Flame Red color. My wife and I both LOVE our new trucks, and highly recommend Bob Lesko!!
Jim couldn't have been more professional and helpful. I wasn't thrilled a 1 year old truck had the radio fail, which controls just about every aspect of the truck. Jim was excellent every step of the way. Tim at Rentals, equally as helpful. Understood my needs and that my job requires cargo capacity. Got me in a rental that met my needs and very, very quickly.
I was at the dealership to drop my daughter-in- law off to pick up her car. I stopped in the service dept. to see what it would cost to get an oil change and the tires rotated at a later date.Judy gave me a price and said she could get me in right now. I was very happy with the service I received that day and I'll be back thanks to people like Judy.
I have prepaid oil change plan and came in for a routine oil change on President's Day, 2/17/14. Neal Martindale wrote up my service order and was super NICE. First time ever in a service bay and they checked all my bulbs, lights, brights, blinkers, reverse and brakes. I was IMPRESSED! THANK YOU!
I work for the UAW and after my day @ around 2pm 7/26/13 I got into my Grand Cherokee started the vehicle and the info center told me I had a rear signal out so I went to your dealer and they had me in and out in roughly 30 minutes. Exceptional on a Friday at that! Thanks and will return.
Popped in about 7:45am on a Friday 6-7-13 to see if I could get my jeep aligned. I told the service writer that I was from downriver and needed the car back no later than 3pm. He said it would be done in a couple hours. He phoned me at little after 10:30 and said it was done. Amazing!
