Dishonest. Manipulative. Unethical. My car was stolen and months later ended up on this towing company's lot. When I called, the proprietor insisted I nevertheless owed him hefty storage and towing fees and grossly misled me on the legal elements of the situation. (Anyone in a similar situation please refer to Nevada Revised Statute 706.4477.) I was then quoted all the costs and fees for which I could be held liable and asked to turn over the title to the car or suffer additional charges a well as face collection reports. He added after 90 days the car would be considered "abandoned" anyway, and he would be able to auction if off against my will, which is what happened. It is like my car was stolen twice.

Valley Tow has one driver that is more exceptional than the others. If you ever call them for help, make sure you ask that Jeff be sent. He will get there when he is suppose to, in the quickest time frame and doesn't fool around when he does arrive. He gets you off the road in tow, on on your way driving yourself if at all possible and is always so courteous and professional. Cannot say the same for the others and I have had to use them more than once so have a bit of experience with a few of the others. Jeff is by far the best employee they have!! And if you have to wait for them to get him to you, it will be worth it!
Valley towing responds in a timely manner. Their drivers are courteous and know their craft. I would highly recommend them.
Valley towing has clean and courteous and knowledge drivers. They also have modern equipment i would recommend them to my friends
Do not use this towing company at all. I called this company several times. To see if my car was there. They said no. When, I have proof from the police department. I also have NHP numbers to prove my car is there. So why can't they tell me my car is in their lot. Oh gee, probably so they can make more money daily.
UNPROFESSIONAL AND HORRIBLE SERVICE. So I was told that it would be 35 minutes for the driver to arrive but it was at least an hour and 45 minutes. The prices were told to me by the dispatcher and she said $60 hook-up fee, 5 free miles, and $5 a mile after. It was the cheapest out of the 3 companies I called and I was in a hurry so I said to send a driver. I broke down on Highway 50 more than halfway up the hill going from Carson City to South Lake Tahoe So I figured it was 18 miles to my house and with the 5 free miles I would only pay for 13 miles. Well about halfway to my destination I was informed that I was being charged for the mileage it took the driver to get to me from where the driver was when he started my way. That was another 16 miles tacked on (80 extra dollars). The dispatcher did not bother to let me know. My father owns a tow company and they have never charged for the miles it takes to get to the customer and he said that was unheard of. Also, the driver informs me of the 5% fuel surcharge he had to throw on the bill to make it almost an even $200.00. Even though I live in a mountain town and everything seems to be more pricey, this is just downright outrageous for the 18 miles that I was towed. DO NOT USE VALLEY TOWING. RIPOFF!!!!
