Narada was very thorough and professional. He took the necessary time to explain the service as I am a new customer. I was appreciative of the fact that he put on booties to come into our home.

Homero came around for a repeat treatment, and didn't miss any areas on the foundation or patios. Previously, it rained for three days following my last treatment. Although snails and grubs are now gone, the ants persisted.
The company is always prompt, courteous, and on time.
One of the reasons I chose aptive is their commitment to organic pest control. Organic does seem better, but whatever gets rid of those biting pests, works for me , too.

Raul and David made the initial visit to my home today. They arrived exactly on time and were very pleasant individuals. They appear to have done a thorough job and clearly answered all of my questions.

Darrel and Raul showed up promptly at the appointments start time. They performed all of the required services and graciously checked out all areas of our house that we asked them to do. They did not cut any corners, yet competed their work in a very timely fashion.

Greg Owens did an excellent job on our home. He was prompt, courteous, and very professional. I would definitely recommend using their services based on our experience with Greg.

A gentleman was knocking on doors asking if we needed our premises sprayed. I said yes and I have been happy ever since. My rep is Jeremy and when he says he will be here at such & such time he is here. He told me what to do with the mosquitos and other bugs that sneak up on you. Jeremy is just a great guy. Don't try to sneak another rep on me!! Thank you for coming by.
