I have been a customer over 5 years and they have always answered my questions and/or concerns and have been excellent in their on time deliveries. I would recommend them to anyone.

Best prices I have found and great to talk to if you have a problem and Mark is who I deal with there he has walk me throw a couple of things nice guy

Heller's Gas made the transition to propane very easy. I am new to this and it was incredibly easy to set up service. They were very friendly and had great customer service. I would recommend them to anyone.

I am new to propane service and had questions about my bill. I called and spoke with Customer Service, and my questions and concerns were addressed. They were understanding and helpful.

Very poor customer service. I came as a new customer and was originally told that my first delivery was COD then from there after I would be on automatic delivery. I went out and checked my tanks almost empty, so I called and was informed that I was on will call which was not the case from what I was told, if I were I would not have left them get that low and have now ran out. There was a truck not even 2 minutes from my house and they would not let them come fill me on one the coldest days of winter.

great service.. the only people on here are people who don't pay there bills. Then there service gets turn off and the company is bad. Might want to look in the mirror people!!

Wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy!Total rip offs and poor customer service!Sued my sin for more than he owed and sheriff was at the door this morning about selling his vehicle which he is still paying on.WOW!!Don't go to them unless you want to be RIPPED OFF!!!

THEY LIED WHEN THEY SAID YOU GET 100.00 CREDIT FOR REFERRAL ,WE HAD A REFERRAL NOW ALL OF A SUDDEN IT IS UP TO 100.00 .EVEN THOUGH WE WERE TOLD MORE THAN ONCE IT WAS A 100.00 THINK BEFORE YOU CHANGE COMPANIES. After an awful time with my previous gas supplier I switched to hellers. I BOUGHT tanks so I wouldn't be charged rental, as I don't use a lot of propane. I found Hellers to be courteous, as well as helpful answering my questions. I am VERY happy with them, and will continue to use them. I just called to get my annual fillup and the girl was very nice and helpful. thanks for being there!

One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. When the delivery didn't arrive by the expected time, I called, only to find that the order was never even processed. When I asked for a timeframe of delivery, I was only told, "Sometime this week...depends on the drivers and the routes." Apparently, scheduling deliveries is not their strongest quality.

Awful company. They charge an arm and a leg for their gas so I switched. In February of 2015 I called to get my tanks filled and they waited until I ran out to fill them. Then summer came and I didn't use the gas. I Then found Mason's. (A much better company) When I called Hellers to set up a removal, they took the tanks before they we're empty and refused to refund my money. I'm out $600. They literally stole their propane back, that I purchased.

If you want to wait over a week after they tell you they'll be there tomorrow and then charge you an arm and a leg they are fantastic!

The worst company I ever delt with do not use this company they charge 3 times what everyone else charges and if you fall on hard times in the dead of winter they will take your tanks I have 6 kids it was 0 degrees out they came and took my tanks leaving us with no heat hot water or stove to use

I have given the Hellers in Carlisle numerous opportunities to "resolve my situation" and offer me "satisfaction" These people are liars and crooks. Wish I would have checked the Better Business Bureau before dealing with them. My account has always been in good standing. Steer as far away from this company as you can.

their so called striving for customer satisfaction is all boldface out and out lies. Look at some of the other websites of other heller gas store locations. Where they can rip you off they will. there are actually a few locations that treat their customers with respect and consideration. Don't go with this company or you will loose. I didn't know I had to check these companies out. This company took over another company and I had no way to know. I have been told I owe them $225.00, for not using their fuel that is in my tank. and the $300.00. in the tank that they will take away is not refundable. Last year they tried to repair a small heater in my greenhouse that regained only a small flame not enough to use. I could have bought a new one for $225. I wish I could have read this review before I ever called them. So much for 100% satisfaction. What a JOKE. I had to click a star to get this to the public or the rating would have been many minuses. I will take reviews more seriously now.

If you are considering switch from your current propane supplier - BEWARE. Terrible customer service and dishonesty. If for some reason you can't come up with a better gas company - like Suburban - at least don't deal with the outside sales people. They are truly just out for "new customer numbers"
