I was having problem with my electric All the lights and everything that was electric went out in my house. I found SECCO in the phone directory with a nice ad. Forrest the electrician came out and at the same time I need a boiler to heat my house. Forrest involved me that SECCO install boiler and finance that was a blessing because Everybody that I received an estimate from a total of 6 for a new boiler want a third down and the the rest when the boiler was installed being a single parent I did not have several thousand of dollars to payout. Forrest who is an Angel phone SECCO with my additional boiler problem and SECCO sent out more of there Angels Jason did the paper work that got me approved and Tom S and Joe M did an outstanding job as well as Bruce. I would like to also say thank you to the sweet voice that called Jason and told me I was approved. All I can say is SECCO employees that I have meet are respectful and outstanding workers.

They are suppose to offer same day service and waited around all day and no one showed. We had a heat pump that the compressor died in the middle of winter. Needless to say we went elsewhere. Also had a paid for a maintenance plan for the year so also asked for a refund for that since it did not work at all especially when we really needed them. I suggest to go elsewhere.

I was greeted with very pleasant customer service upon scheduling my appointment for service with SECCO. The appointment was made with ease for same of day service for an emergency plumbing issue. However, later in the day I was called and told that they would no longer be able to make it out that day during normal business hours and that I had the option of rescheduling for the next day or paying an additional $100 fee to have someone come later in the day ""after-hours"". This was contradictory to the website that claims ""same-day service"" and to the conversation that I had with the scheduling coordinator. I expressed my concern due to the urgency of the repair and due to having adjusted my work schedule in order to be present for the time-frame they had previously promised. SECCO's representative lacked responsiveness and had no further explanation except for that they ""try to accommodate all the calls."" There was no further explanation of why they would commit to providing service the same-day and then cancel. Needless to say, I would NOT recommend SECCO and certainly would have made my initial appointment elsewhere had I known that they would not follow-through with their commitment to same-day service.
