Would rate zero stars if it was possible. Overall service at the store is okay, but one worker, KECIA IS THE PROBLEM. Yesterday I went to jump my phone from the galaxy S4 to the s6. I had waited months with a cracked screen because I was concerned about losing my pictures since I had not yet backed them up. I found out that they can just transfer your pictures in store upon request, so I decided to go. It was near closing and they stop the machine that transfers the pictures at 7:30, so they couldn't do it at the time. The worker, KECIA, assured us that if we buy the phone that night, we would be able to come in the next day and still get the pictures transferred. She promised they would not send it off and she would keep it in her locker for safekeeping. I left both the phone case on and the memory card in. Today, around 5:30, we returned. The workers in there recognized us immediately. At this point, KECIA comes out to inform us that my phone has been sent off to the warehouse. She first off promised the phone would not be sent off today and that I would be able to transfer my pictures. Besides myself, we called the insurance company. They informed us that the store had 10 DAYS to send the phone off OR THEY COULD'VE GIVEN IT TO US TO SEND OURSELVES. Which KECIA did not inform us. My phone was sent away at noon with no warning and no call (memory card, case, pictures, music, etc) after KECIA PROMISED it would not be. I am outraged and am absolutely certain I will never use this location again all because of KECIA losing all of my memories of the past 2 years..including lost relatives, pictures of newborn relatives, pictures of vacations, and much more. Never let this woman serve you at this store. She is careless, dishonest, and had no problem with losing all of my personal information. She didn't offer any kind of help to find my phone, nor did she offer any type of credit for the trouble. Awful customer service.
wow this place is no good, poor customer service, you will get lied too and they will charge you whatever they want too no wonder t-mobile is getting sued thats what this woman told me, im thinking about doing the same if this dont get straighten out what they did to me.
Absolute poor customer service. Mixed up my phone numbers and still 48 hours later not corrected. Now I'm being told that my account password is incorrect and I cannot get my old phone numbers back. The 2 phones I bought are headed back for refund and I'm headed back to Verison. Would rate a zero star if I could.
