Horrible customer service. The manager Wes is just rude. They didnt fix anything on my labtop and wanted to charge me $120. All that was wrong with the computer is that the charger was bad. Then, I was unable to get my computer in time due to personal events and they wiped my computer, they threatened not to give it back because it was "their property" now. And when I tried to explain that their hours are wrong on google and I didnt go over the weekend to get it because they had the wrong hours listed, they gave me a even harder time. I work during the week their listed hours are pretty much my schedule. I absolutely never will do business with these crooks again. Take your computer elsewhere. Then, it wasnt ready when I went to pick it up. What is wrong with these people

I brought my MacBook Air in with a bent corner. All I wanted was for the bottom part of the computer replaced. I left my computer with them for 24 hours and what was given back to me on a Friday evening (they are not open on Saturday or Sunday) was a computer with a semi-functional trackpad (it no longer clicks), a keyboard that is stiff and slow to respond to key presses, and a non-functional ctrl key. I paid $259 for this. I bring it back on the following Monday and they said if I brought it back on Tuesday at 3:30pm they could fix the problem. I come back and drop off the computer. At 6pm I come back and they hadn’t even started on my computer. I demanded that they reassemble it with my original damaged — but functionally sound — parts and completely refund my money. Computer Sleuths completely wasted my time and patience. At any point of realizing they could not get to my computer while I waited for 2.5 hours, they could have informed me that I would need to come back. Instead they informed me that they felt insulted when I asked for an ETA and suggested that I was concerned that my computer was being reassembled by someone who admitted to have never reassembled my particular model of MacBook Air (the other associate on site had such experience, but was busy with a more important issue).
Wonderful Business! Wonderful Staff!
