I woke up of this morning and wanted sour patches kids and there were none in the bag. I am very disappointed and I am just child.
I just purchased a bag of Select brands candy. And apparently they select what of the 12 brands you actually get. No swedish fish, no sour patch kids, 4 airheads, and melted war heads. Not to mention the bulk of the bag is coated in a mystery blue sticky substance and is clumped together. Its such a mess I don't even know whether else I actually got in the bag. Extremely unsatisfied.
The place was messy ! Specially the shoes department! I never saw that department neat and tidy ....
I bought bags of Mayfair Select Brands mixed candy, so that I could use them to make up a bunch of bags with different candy in them. I bought identical bags, get them home and there's supposed to be a variety of 12 different individually wrapped candies in each bag. Well open them up to find, for example, the bags only had like one pack of Swedish fish, one big lemon head, three Sunkist fruit chews, one pack ofSour Patch kids, etc. Couldn't even use it for what I purchased all them bags of cand for-very disappointed!
Hello,always been pleased buying mayfair chewy favorites,But I purchased a bag last week I was disapointed to find there was no bit o honeys and no airheads.all there was was carmels,chocolate carmels and goetze's (very few),and mary janes(in which that company needs to rethink their packaging.when to go open one the wrapper sticks to the candy then I end up throwing it in the trash)
I purchase alpine valley white cheddar bulk popcorn faithfully four bags weekly. I was disappointed last week wirh three out of four so salty I had to discard. This is by far the best white cheddar, what happened?
I WOULD SAY THEIR SLOGAN LOWEST PRICE GUARANTEED AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS SO WRONG. I WOULD ALSO SAY WALMART IS GOING DOWN THE DRAIN. THEY HIRE MANAGERS WHO DONT CARE OR WANT THEIR CUSTOMERS TO THINK THEY ARE STUPID INSTEAD OF SAYING YES IT WAS OUR EMPLOYEES THAT DID THIS AND YES SINCE IT WAS OUR ERROR YOU WILL GET THE ITEM FOR THAT PRICE. THAT IS WHAT LOWEST PRICE GUARATEED PRICE AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS ALL ABOUT. I was in this store the other day and I found 2 items on a shelf that said $29.99. I was going to purchase it. When we got to the register it rang up $99.00. I asked for a manager. The cashier called her front end manager. When I went to show him where I got it from he had to get down on his hands and knees to see if the shelf tag description matched the item. Of course it didnt. I argued the fact that a customer is not going to get down on their hands and knees and look to see if this tag matches the description and blamed a customer for putting both the items on this shelf when 3 employees told me another employee put them there because there was no room on the shelf where they did belong. When I told him I should get it for $29.99 he said I am just the front end manager. When I went to ask for a manager he walked away from me along with the price tag that were on the shelf. The employees also told me I should be able to get it for the price of $29.99. When I called the store and asked to speak to a manager I was hung up on twice and when I called back the third time I told the lady who answered the phone that I had been hung up on two times and said she has been trying to get in touch with the manager that was on but she wasnt answering the walkie talkie. When she finally did pick up the phone I couldnt understand what her name was and after explaining to her what happened she also said it must of been a customer who did this and when I told her about what the employees said she said can I prove it wasnt a customer. She then said I am sorry and I can offer you a $5.00 gift card. Now if that isnt an insult. I told her you can clearly see that an employee did it because on the other side of the display were 2 more of the same items like but a step up for more money and those were priced right.
