        In the past 12 months, our dry...

        In the past 12 months, our dryer, washing machine &; refrigerator all broke down/one way or another. Each time I needed a part, I called around to OTHER Appliance parts dealers. NONE could match the OUTSTANDING Customer Service that I get EVERY TIME I go to Brown Appliance. Brown's pricing for parts are by far the best anywhere in the Tri-Cities They are extremely helpful, courteous & helped explain the best way to replace the parts, WITHOUT being condescending or sarcastic. I HIGHLY recommend Brown Appliance! 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!!
