Ferrazza Cement Construction

We just LOVE the job they did! We bought a new house and while we loved the inside, we kind of felt as though the outside was boring. We met with Tony, who was able to suggest a lot of options for us to consider. It was great because he didn't just come in and say “what do you want?” Through each step, he proposed multiple scenarios/options for our review.



In the end, we chose a complimentary color of concrete to offset our brick in the house and picked a cobblestone stamped pattern for the front (he has lots of patterns). The difference is night and day. We have had all our neighbors stop by to tell us how much they love what he did and to get his contact information.



Our back yard posed a lot more challenges and allowed us to do some different things. Because our back sliding door exits about 6 feet above ground, we chose to build up a porch as we exit the sliding door. The porch was created with brick matching the house and topped with stamped concrete leading down to the main patio areas of patterned colored concrete. Very nice! Tony was able to offer us about six possible scenarios on how we could approach our back exit and work within our existing landscape and budget.



This is our third house that we have used Ferrazza Concrete and would highly recommend them!

It is with great pleasure that we write this review of Ferrazza Cement. Our experience with Tony Ferrazza and his crew – from the very first phone call to the final inspection – was fantastic! Tony returned phone calls promptly and answered our questions patiently (and we had a lot!). When it came time to do our stamped cement patio, Tony really worked around our schedule to make it convenient for us. The work-crew was professional, courteous and very considerate of our property; they took great care to not damage our lawn with their equipment. The work itself is breath-taking: not only is our patio better than we could have imagined, but the underlying work – the quality of the materials and workmanship – are unmatched. In talking with people in construction and folks who know concrete, we were assured that we got a sturdy, beautiful patio that we’ll enjoy for years to come at a price that is unbeatable. We had a good feeling from our first meeting with Tony that we wanted to use Ferrazza Cement, but we wanted to make sure we did our homework. We interviewed four more contractors and not a single one could hold a candle to Tony’s professionalism, materials and price. We’ll have Ferrazza Cement back in the fall to replace our driveway and will recommend them to our family, friends and neighbors for years to come.
