APM has been been a refreshing change from my last management company. I never have problem getting a hold of someone and they are quick to address and issues and answer my questions.I live out of state and it has been difficult finding a management company I can trust. I recently came out and stopped by my property as is was in between tenants. They were ahead of schedule on the repairs and updates and they even completed a few things that I was not charged for, just because. I highly recommend APM and am looking forward to working with them on adding a new property.

I used this company for a couple of years and they are extremely unresponsive. It's as if they don't care to address my needs and concerns as a long distance landlord without delays and repeated reminders. They never checked on the property when they said they would and didn't figure out that my tenants had a pet and an unapproved tenant. I had to come from 750 miles away to check on my house because I couldn't trust them to do so. I'm not sure what I was really paying for except that they arranged to have things repaired in the beginning and the house cleaned at the end. These things they did well.They are very nice people to interact with but I do not recommend them. They didn't even make an effort to keep my business. It seems as they were focusing their efforts on other higher dollar properties.I have since hired another management company who is 100 times more responsive.
We contracted APM seven months ago to manage our condominium association. At the time, we were having major unfortunate issues with another local company. APM immediately assisted with our finances, vendor relationships, and overall confusion that had set in as a result of the other company. We are very pleased with their services and the people that work there. I would recommend them to any association looking to make a change.
Major problem is that they are slow to respond. If I call, I ALWAYS have to leave a message. And if you try to contact via their web site (dedicated to my specific Condo complex), they don't respond at all. They also make random false promises about what they are going to do in terms of property management. I feel like it's just to appease me regarding the current issue, with no intention of following up. This has happened twice.
