        I'm very unhappy with the service from this company!! They re-keyed a complex I manage and the workmanship was very poor on the lock install and the locks themselves are also poor quality and quit working frequently. If this wasn't bad enough....after 3 calls and 3 weeks and still a no-show to fix the pool lock everybody uses, it took a stop from the complex president to get them out. Now the same lock has malfunctioned again and pool access has been hindered for our many guests because a call to the owner still has not been repaired a week later! I hate to put in a bad review for anybody but people need to know this information before dealing with this company!

        We didn't rekey this complex. We installed High Security Cylinders. We never changed out the old locks just added new cylinders to them. We informed John Multiple times that this was not a problem with the cylinders but with the old existing locks. He wasn't able to approve new locks so he kept complaining about something we never replaced. Once the president of the complex came back into town and approved the new locks there hasn't been a problem.

        We changed the name to help promote the electronic security side of our business. We offer CCTV as well access control and Burglar Alarms. Same people just a new name!
