I have no complaints. The rent handling, apartment condition and maintenance issues were all resolved in a timely manner with nice results. I would definitely use Fowler again!

One of my roommates underpaid his rent one month. FPM was very understanding and sent us a reminder email instead of just tacking on the late fee. Very down to earth people.

I have rented an apartment from Fowler on two separate occasions. I received my apartments in good and clean condition. Maintenance requests were always addressed in a reasonable amount of time. A fair amount of charges were taken out of the security deposit. I would rent with them again.

Fowler has been a very easy management company to rent from. I have rented form them for 3 years and the only reason I’m leaving the apartment is because I’m leaving the state.

I have had issues in the past with land lords just showing my unit whenever they wanted to! I was really grateful that Fowler always gives me a heads up. Excellent service.
