Fowler Property Management

I currently live in one of Fowler's properties. Long story short, I've had to deal with several maintenance issues, which is not the reason I'm leaving this terrible review. One of the issues was our deadbolt stopped working. We called the emergency maintenance line and got no answer. For two days, we had a deadbolt that was not working and had to climb in to our apartment through our second story patio.

I called the owner, Ryan, several times asking for a call back. I never got a call back until I finally happened to catch him in the office. I have never felt so disrespected in my life and would urge anyone looking to rent with this company to look elsewhere. These people do not care about you or your things. Thanks Ryan!!!!

BTW, I created a Yellow Pages account just so that I could post this review because my experience with these people has been completely unprofessional and disrespectful.

My overall experience working with Fowler property management has

been excellent, they give a fast and quality service, its a pleasure

doing business wit a trustworthy, and reliable company.

The company was helpful and polite when it came to any business

relating to the property or financial payments. Maintenance was always

swift and got the job done right the first time. Thank you for being

fair in your security deposit refund. Overall experience was excellent.

Maintenance requests and emergencies were always handled promptly, any questions or concerns with the terms of the lease were handled professionally and courteously and my time in my apartment was peaceful and undisturbed.

Very pleased to speak on the pone with and also in person. Took care of any issues that would arise concerning the property.

Fowler Property Management has been helpful and dependable in managing properties for me through the past 20 years. One of the best!!

Always available to answer even the most redundant question for example, what is my password? Best management company we use. We have rentals in Utah and Colorado.

If I decided to move out of my current house, I'd definitely look into renting another through Fowler. You guys are amazing!!
