Tiger Tow & Transport

We called Tiger Tow on a really cold Saturday due to engine trouble. Jocko met us within 15 minutes. He was helpful and accommodating. He offered to give us cost estimates for towing the vehicle home (30 minutes away), a nearby mechanic, or our preferred mechanic. He gave us suggestions along the way and recommendations for lunch nearby. He offered more help if we got stranded longer than expected at the mechanic and was genuine in his concern. I ran into some serious problems with my roadside assistance company that I pay for monthly who did nothing but make my life more stressful then it already was! So after The Kansas State Patrol asked if we wanted them call and get us a tow, I was still very upset with my roadside assistance company. A Tiger Tow Truck pulled up and a guy named Jocko got out, from that point on my night got a whole lot better!! Jocko took care of everything! He was one of the nicest, most professional people I've ever met! He honestly brought back my faith in mankind! I would recommend Tiger Tow & Transport to everyone out there!!! I was in a very bad situation during that awfull snow storm on February 2nd & had called a few companies , some very rude , but all were to busy to help me . Tiger Tow not only arrived quickly their first concern was to get me and my child in their truck safe and warm ! And their price was acctually the lowest of any i had called . I do and will continue to recomend them to anyone !!!
